Well, i did a trick with my Logitech G15, I assigned SHIFT MINUS F L U S H to 1 of the G-Hotkeys. Thats pretty cool when iam at Utes, cause then it works again for a while, but in Tchernarussia i must press it every 20 sec to play fine... and thats not soo coool :D I wonder that BIS is not responding to this thread, or even saying anything... To the Poll: Well, 22 Votes by now and on every regular OS. We are not alone guys. I mean i think that only about 30% with this problem going to register here and vote... so 22 is a high result by now.

And sometimes iam not so fast in typing (cause the enemy is shooting at me) and the game crashes before i even come tu "flu" ^^ I think its very important that this issue will be fixed. Cause many ppl staying away from this game because of it, and this is not the only thread about it in the internet. BIS can be very happy that the ArmA comunity is so patient and friendly.

Hi all, I wonder if there is a way to start a mission and some of the villages in utes are totally destroyed. Like the buildings are ruins and stuff. Is that possible? May without scripting, cause iam a noob:bounce3: . 2nd question: I placed some EMPTY searchlights. Is it possible that they have there lights on even when no AI is using them? So, i didnt played ArmA 2 for a while cause I thought its better to wait till all the patches are out. 1.04 is relased and Oh my ArmA 2 is cool and makes fun... But! I dont know why :confused: but at night, or when its getting kinda dark (late afternoon) the game gets very laggy and i recive strange graphic bugs and artefacts. I tried making a screenshot but that didnt worked well so i decided to make a mobile vid and upload it on you tube. However, the graphic bugs appeard the game goes laggy and then it crashs. Its about after 5min gameplay and i changed my gc drivers from 190.38 to the newest. yeah well, i had those problems never in AmrA1 on XP as i remember. But I didnt tried ArmA2 on XP. I have those bugs with Vista 64 and Win7 64. But thats also the only OS i use ArmA with. Maybe i should set up a poll? So ppl can vote the OS they use and having this bug? But i dont know how to setup a poll in this forum BTW :bounce3:

Thx @ all I allready have -maxmem=2047 in my shortcut. And I dont want to install another operating system yet. Thank you anyway. My GC is like I sad just 60° and comes to 75° but not more... maybe because its freaking cold in my room, and i dont have enough money for a heating system... but who cares the PC is the best thing for warming up lol But i will try this "flush" thing!! Well i have kinda same problem with my GTX 285 lol

i allready tried the -winxp shortcut. However, my Temps are all ok, my graphics temp is about 60 when this happends. Its pretty heavy, the game crashes after a while and i recive a yellow attetion icon at my taskbar, but if i try to click it, it just dissapears. Well, yes it looks like the screens on the other post, but i have a nvidia car. Its Windows 7 64bit yes. mhm

Hi, even on 1.03 i got the very old "cannot commit" when saving and strange artifacts may related to my nvidia drivers. But the game runs at fine FPS, since i read the "nvidia users thread" But that "cannot commit" shit is freaking me out...

well, that sounds great! I guess i will update to Win7 next week. I dont like vista at all anyway... so back to topic! I changed some settings and my nvidia driver, and also found the sticky nvidia post in the troubleshooting section. Now i can use FLIR just nice even on the big world map, tsherna russia... or so :D Thx for this nice addon!

You upgraded to vista and got 50% better performance:eek:? Or you meant win7?

I think its an ArmA problem, i had these problems aswell when i was flying without FLIR after some time. FLIR just made it happend quicker may because its needing more power or something. I think its because of new the lousy nvidia driver. I may downgrade to a better one. however my system specs are: AMD 6400+ Nvidia 285 GTX be 8 GB Geil Ram Windows Vista Ultimate OffTop: Maybe changing to Windows 7 makes playing arma faster too? HI, nice addon! I can use it on Utes just fine, but on the "big map" my nvidia gc beginns to stutter i get about 1 FPS and then i get a black screen. Any Ideas how to change that? I really like to use FLIR! thx in advance

yeah well, i played harvest red today and got this bug again and again... and now i have the "cannot commit" bug too... this game just sux... i wont play it anymore . Hopefully i can sell it to someone... thx for the help anyway :-(
