10.8's make the HDR go crazy (whiteout and blackout) every 30 seconds in crossfire with two 512mb hd4870's like it did in pre 10.4 with ARMA2 . Oh well at least i have the profiles for OA to work in crossfire, ill have to re-install 10.7 for now. EDIT: No crossfire with 10.7 even when using the 10.8 crossfire profiles :(

LOL if youve seen the full version of the first vid you'de know the tank was actually full of TNT ! If only they were that powerful , not to say they wouldn't destroy a main battle-tank though ;)

Dunno if this will help but try running the game as Administrator . It stopped my crashing issues :D

What do i rename the shortcut to if im running combined arms to get crossfire to work ? If i rename arma2oa.exe to arma2.exe it just runs arma2 and not oa :(

I use GameBooster and its works very well for me , definate improvment in stability and as kklownboy siad has a defrager that you use to just defrag your arma directory if you so wish to increase performance even farther , great freeware product , gets 5 stars in my book !

I also would like bis to make english an option for the German realease now the game has been available for somtime. I keep getting kicked from MP games due to using the englang PBO's . Today i decided to uninstall the game and re-install so i could play on MP without any problems and just put up with the German text , but ive just realized ive lost my dam CD Key !!

I have the same thing , two HD4870's in crossfire and no performance increase over using just one card . Infact its worse !!

All i want is Crossfire to give me better preformance than just using one card as im getting worse frame rates with crossfire enabled at the same graphics settings as when i use just one !? Q6600 oc @ 3.0ghz 2x HD4870 512mb 4GB corsair xms2 Vista 64

Yes better Game Engine optimization needed plz devs ! Better Crossfire support as the game runs better with one HD4870 than it deos with two in Crossfire mode !!?
