maybe i could help with some models. some days ago i was trying to bring this model in O². but it has many polys... and my current computer is very lame^^ it has a very detailed interior with many canons. it would be really cool to see such a ship in arma.

yes. although you can set an acceleration value in the config it doesnt change anything... maybe its just for ai?

i thought about buying a SSD. but now ive seen this. what is faster and cheaper? ram disk or SSD?

i think it would be already enough to have some units at all for the time being. could you convert the mods to arma 2?? and what about the napoleonic wars mod? that was for arma 1 right?

they are definately not earning money with the mod! they are just paying the server... and they dont keep their work from the community! everbody who wants can play it! the other mods are also releasing their stuff but they dont allow people to modify it and do what they want! Chernaurus life is different then the other mods. its mainly a mission. thats why they cant just release it because then everybody would be able to modify it and use it for hisself.

thats a great suggestion! i hope BIS will add it. if not i hope it will be made by the community. (that should be possible right?) and you should be able to put it on and off like the NVG.
