Arrowhead was an expansion (EP1), BAF and PMC are downloadable content

It appears on the BIS developer blog, and is announced on Facebook on the Arma 2 page. That is IMHO strong indication that it is directly linked to Arma 2, not another game (like Carrier Command, which I'm also waiting for) or non-game projects.

What's with the "Unfortunate.ly" on Facebook ? Just a typo ? Or a hint ?

It's rather strange, you shoot in the air, they run away screaming. You throw or shoot smoke, they run away screaming. The latter works, the former doesn't :j:

Maybe the fact that I get damage even when *inside* a building ? An intact building, not one of the burnt out ruins.

I've got the same problem, ArmA 2 running great, OA, while only margnially slower than ArmA 2, suffers from sudden drops in framerate resp. momentary freezes for half a second every, say 10 to 20 seconds. Windows 7 64 bit here, too, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+, and ATI 4850 (no sli). Using Catalyst 10.6 (I'll try 10.3 again tonight, although that means I have to do something about that stupid flash player... meh). Also copied the whole ArmA 2 installation to a different disk, no change.
