Are the MLODs part of some official modding tool or something?

I've done Alt+TAB a lot of times when flying with a combat plane/chopper, but finally I've learned the lesson. :D

Profanity adds to the atmosphere imo. Maybe a modder could do something about it, but there's no point in wasting the dev's time on this. :)

Hi guys, I've got a problem with the MLRS: when I fire a rocket, the whole MLRS explodes, no matter what direction I'm shooting at. Also, the arty module doesnt work. its just a static image. I used to have no problems at all, no weird explosion and the arty map worked good...is it possible that the 1.02 patch is the thing to blame? Edit: the MLRS explodes only if I use the artillery module, but... if I dont use the module, the rockets explode mid-air a few secs after I launch them.

Some of the game-logics have disappeared with the patch 1.02.:confused: Has anyone else experienced this?

I dont think ArmA1 was that bad, but I completely agree with the rest. ArmA2 is just so much more fun. Staying with A1 is like having a CRT monitor nowadays.

Nice review but I find it stupid that the difficulty is categorised as a negative aspect. I mean come on, finally a refreshingly hard game after X zillion arcade games.

So now that the game is out in the UK, is it legally possible that someone uploads the english language files?

ArmA2 on BBC news, that is pretty cool. :D

I just hope that its gonna get many mirrors quickly after the release, otherwise its gonna be a snail's job to download it.

I get around 20-25 FPS in Evo and CTI and any bigger-than-small missions. :( And it barely changes with the lower settings. Edit: not that the other CPUs are so shining

Tunguska is one thing...yes it can shoot you down in a blink of an eye but at least you can see it on the radar, but...AA inf means inevitable doom to aircrafts.

ArmA2 on a major Hungarian games retailer's site is on front page along with Sims 3.:)

ArmA2 already has more players online than ArmA1, so I can imagine what we'll have after the US/AU/EO release. :)
