Deadeye, you must have a pretty impressive machine if you have 40 FPS with 100 AI on high settigns. :D Anyway, most of the MP games that use AI have horrible performance. CTI, Domination, Evo...freaking 25 FPS. Thats why I kinda semi-abandoned this game(it blows my mind when it runs smooth). -

Yup, but the speed of missiles is a fucking joke though. If a tank is in motion i have to shoot ahead of it cos the missile is so slow its like a damn snail.

Theres gonna be a HC mode in the retail version. I always though that these weak "airsoft" guns and tanks are totally normal for a BF game, but a lot of ppl are complaining about it on the bf forums which is a good sign. Vehicles have to fear infantry at the moments, not the way around.

Well, I really really love it. Assault rifles are precise if you shoot in bursts. ^^ Good graphics, good framerate(something that arma2 misses:( ).

Thats pretty nice richie. :D Anyway, dont u crash after every match ends? I get that "follow us on twitter" screen and then the game just closes. edit: i miss the prone pos, that is really lame.

Hey guys, I was wathcing a video of BFBC2 here http://www.gametrailers.com/video/exclusive-battlefield-battlefield-bad/60316#new_comment and at 0:30 I felt that the tank was a bit too close to be shot at with an RPG. So, I booted ArmA2 and to my surprise i could shoot tanks with AT from just a few meters. How realistic is that?

How can I use this mod on Podagorosk too? It has the same ground textures so i think it should be doable somehow. -

AI tank gunner/comm looking in weird directions

Hi guys, there is one very bothersome problem I have with tank combat. When I drive a tank or command it, half the time the AI is looking in a weird direction where there is nothing interesting. This is especially irritating when I know I'm heading towards enemy territory, but the dumbarse gunner is just looking backwards. This problem has been in the game since 1.00 I think, and it would be awesome if the AI was watching kinda forward all the time, unless told otherwise. -
You should try LandTex too. Adds greatly to the immersion and heals the eye after all the pain it has to endure with stock BI ground textures. :)
