He's propably retarded. I mean what's so exceptionally difficult about the controls? You use WASD to move and the action menu for some interactions. It's also laughable when they say how the command menu is difficult to learn. I mean all you have to do is read the fucking text and you can figure out what the command categories contain. Even is it was hard to learn, it shouldn't be a negative aspect. I guess he prefers being mouth-fed by games.

Hi, my problem is that I have assigned a few troops to a vehicle and if I give them a waypoint thats not very close to their position, they will board the vehicle instead. So for example I gave a unit a waypoint a couple hundred meters away from his position and assigned him to a vehicle that's like a kilometer away from him and he goes to board the vehicle. Is there a way to disable this behaviour?

It's about quality vs quantity. Every gun is detailed and has proper animations for them, whereas in ArmA2 there were only a few generic animations used for a lot of the weapons, plus the character were ofter holding thin air instead of the grip. -

alt-tab influences fps and loading times

I have just noticed that alt-tabbing will considerably improve the framerate after launching the game and also after changing the graphics settings ingame. My GPU is also an 560 Ti, the processor is a 2500K. -
I though the game was a generic run and gun TPS until I read this thread.

I know that split it there, but I can't split by clicking the unit's box in the bottom of the screen. And that would be the best quickest was to do it, since i may be zoomed out or it's not obvious which unit is damaged based on observing the models .

You can't split a unit from it's group by clicking its box in the selection screen? And what about turning off zone markers?

Do you realize that the server list is bugged and you have to wait some time before you refresh it or else it will show only a fraction of the servers running.

I don't like playing with infantry in EE because their portaits, models and anims are pretty lame, not to mention the lasershow that assault squads put on when firing. Have they improved these?
