  1. Guys, I've smashed every module.pbo I could put my hand on, but I couldnt find the movie day effect. This is almost exactly it, except it makes me feel like I use a smalled 3D-RES. Where the hell are the color effect modules if not in the modules.pbo?

    Effect Modules

Oh man, i checked the OA and ArmA2 module files, but couldnt fin the color effects in either.

    Effect Modules

I guess you could extract the scripting commands from the module. Thats what I'm trying to do.

    Arma Low End?

Sorry, but my ATI Radeon 9600 SE was a piece of shit in 2005. Chances are, some astray UFOs will buy you an HD5870 sonner then you get ArmA to work with a 9200. xD

    In-field weapon modification

Yes, animated parts on weapons please.
  6. Did you put the unpacked folder in you missions folder to check it out out in the editor?
  7. That sounds reasonable AZCoder. :)
  8. Yeah, download pboview and open that mission. It's somewhere in C:\documents and settings\...\Appdata. Or create your own mission. List of stuff you can spawn: http://www.armatechsquad.com/ArmA2Class/ Scripting commands: http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Category:Scripting_Commands_ArmA2 From this list you need: createUnitArray, createVehicleArray, setPos Btw that thread title doesnt make any sense. :D
  9. Hey guys, I'd like to have the same color/graphic effect in a mission of mine that the Superpowers mission has. Do you happen to know how to do it?
  10. And what if I leave one trigger but I get into another triggers area right away? Edit: nvm, that was a stupid question.
  11. @kylania I read on WIKI that the extension of a script file can be anything and they are only named .sqs or .sqf because of the convention. I really dont get it.
  12. It comes a little late, but thanks. But this is a little too grey, what settings does the "movie day" module use?

Thanks, second version is being worked on right now. :) But I've changed my mind on creating tasks for eveyone, its just a bad effort/use ratio. :D I have tweaked the sidequest too, as

Thanks man! :D So you played through it, right? Any suggestions? About the tasks, it's not a bug, rather my laziness. The tasks are only created for the leader, but I will update it in the next version. I will also try to solve the loss of color filter and add an outro cutscene.

    Mythbusters ArmA edition.

I dont get it why ppl think AI sees through it. Its a 1 min test with you and 1 AI and a bush that concludes its a negative.

  18. I have BAF but I'll try these too, judging from the pictures, you should be hired at BI. :pet12:
  19. ACE is great for realism, but it kills the precious framerates, which is usually bad anyway. Anyway, having Landtex for Chernarus is a no brainer. http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=6050

DLC - Chernarus goes to the Snow

Well, I'd love a winter map as long as there are lots of eye candy effects for snow. Like water was in Bioshock.
  21. Well that is pretty strange. You just place a BAF guy in the editor and your character instantly gets tired after a shot?

USA Politics Thread - *No gun debate*

Propaganda? Saying that you dont sit down to discuss an issue with your assault rifle on the table that is obsiously for intimidation is propaganda? That is freaking common sense that applies in any country. Anyway, if you dont get my point there is no point in further discussion...
  24. Damn I forgot that. Thanks. :D This function is so great, so little code, so many enemies.
