This is true, tonight the guys went Vanilla PvP for shits and giggles and had healthy public numbers for most of the evening. 15+ playing a mix of Warfare and AAS.

A good post except this part, a member of a community will have everything setout for them. Meaning for most its the ease of showing up when available and playing till they have had enough.Community members with the right tools, no doubt enjoy the game more than some one who is either new or still inside the editor. Yes the step to Mulitplayer can be a dark wilderness.

Experienced and Active OGN members could do it in a heart beat. A 1 man army in Oz isnt going to cut it, I suggest try again when Operation Arrowhead comes out or even better join us when were playing PvP with the Project Reality Mod when finalised. Whats popular in Oz is Warfare or Clan internal TvT mission nights, and both seem to keep players happy.

You want to promote in the Oz community then do so with out the wa wa:( The BI Forums is a long way away from Oz, with your OS signature:p

AAS is well known, has been since Armed Assault. Its just not that popular with those who are addon/mod bound, those that i play with will disapear to BC2 or TF2 for there Human contact :p

My first Arma II experience was attempting to read German, which didn't really matter as the first couple of Crash to Desktops is bi lingual for all :p Nothing gives you that winning feeling more than the Arma series once conquered.

Is there any information relating to Server stability issues we have faced for a last few years, the almighty Dysnc. Now my experience is from a heavily modded server experience which has been very painful to say the least, as a player and server operator.

Not only that, Mods also have a bad habit of breaking certain aspects of the game now and again.

You will see "Kicked off game" when the server operator has set up to not allow custom faces and sound files, the ones from your name profile.

Dont understand why i would get this response when Arma II was popular through cdWOW:( Im hoping that she meant unavailable at this time, but i made my inquiry clear including release date etc.

Stop playing Single player, Join a server - Join a community ;)
