Hello! Currently I do not have a time for download and test the mods, so I'll just pop the questions / suggestion I have... it this a Hind for CUP? If it is so, I have one request - I fly with TrackIR and 6DOF, so there is a thing which seriously bothers me. Take a look of this: This is a picture of real Mi-24, from inside pilot's cockpit: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ukn5xlp38l06iwa/1328314.jpg?dl=0 And now an example from my video, where I fly RHS Mi-24 (which is same as hind from ArmA 2, just upgraded HUD): You do not need to watch whole video, just the beginning. You notice anything? What bothers me is that you don't see the gunners bubble from the pilot's seat while you are looking from side, under window there is even the opening and you can see practically anything in the front of helicopter. This wasn't annoying in A2 because there was no 6DOF, but in A3 now there is one ... and I think that should be fixed, it shouldn't be a lot work to do. The same was in the Take on Helicopters, too. Thanks in forward. EDIT: Just tried it. Oh well, it's hard to aim with TrackIR and static HUD, then pilot doesn't have a control over unguided rockets and 30mm gun on P version of hind and etc. Will it be upgraded any more or that's it for CUP? EDIT2: Anyway, good job on converting, so I won't be just bashing the addon, it's good, but it needs a little more effort into it. :)

T'was a nice time on that island. T'was.

Anyway, I found those bugs about A-164 Wipeout awhile ago. I've already made tickets on bugtracker but I didn't got any responded to them yet. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20741 http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20742 First bug is related to Neophron, too. It's kinda hard to aim with TrackIR and you often quickly can become confused while trying to aim. And yeah, I know I tested this in Dev branch mode, but it's same on Stable mode.

Found 2 bugs with A-164 Wipeout (and Neophron)

Ah darn, I knew I shouldn't post a new thread. Can admin/mod then close/delete it? I'll post in that thread then. Thanks. -
Anyway, I hope this is a correct subforum for posting those bugs I found awhile ago - since I've already made tickets on bugtracker but nobody has responded to them yet, I'll just leave the links here. http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20741 http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20742 First bug is related to Neophron, too. I don't know for ya all, but the PWS link doesn't works. Still downloads only the .synqinfo file. Meh.
-
I have the latest version, it still downloads only the .synqinfo file ... EDIT: Nevermind, friend told me its possible that the mirrors/servers aren't updated yet so that's why I can't download the mod - just that file mentioned before.
-
Play With Six link doesn't works ... pardon, it does works, but downloads only the .synqinfo file which sizes 1KB and that's it. Can you fix the PWS download link? And also, tail rotor breaks off by pressing pedals into left and right frequently - and just by sitting on the ground in Advanced Flight Model mode and engine turned off.

MiG-29 actually can do a Cobra maneuver. Almost any aircraft with delta wings can do it. Anyway, dezkit, I have a question for you. Is there a possiblity that you someday will make Pilatus PC-9M? I don't think it would be too hard, since the Texan is its derivate and there shouldn't be a lot of work. Also AFAIK it performs better, a lot better.

Sorry for posting a video from ArmA 3 Beta, but while it's under Alpha dev patch, I'll just leave the short video of flying with AH-99 here. 99nW-2DciBs

Well you might remember my Mi-24 free flight in Chernarus from some past years ago, so I've decided to do it again, but this time in ArmA 3 and with MH-9 helicopter. I hope you'll like it.

I encountered with a funny glitch which turned me into a giraffe for a some time. :D

AFAIK Czech pandurs don't have the amphibious capabilities

Sorry for being a total noob, but what does AIO stand for? When will be the Steam version become purchaseable?
-
Actually it is already. zGuba has modified the hind and added real HUD thingy in hinds, but said that he can't release anything, not until BIS releases offical MLOD pack for ArmA 2 which includes hinds too. And If that HUD will be not fixed in I'll have to really reconsider about even buying the ToH Hinds.
-
My video! I'm glad that it's not forgotten ... yet. :) Well I was thinking that I should make a "remastered" version of that free flight - With ToH Hind, proper taxiing included and in Chernarus of course. The asian area is sure large, but a little too empty for me for using it in a new remastered video of free flight. Unfortunately I'm also still waiting for a Steam release. Yeah, the hinds should be able to fly in Seattle AFAIK.

Absolutely the Warthog. There's no way its accuracy and overall quality could be compared with the G-940 which is mostly made from plastic and still runs on kinda old potentiometers. However, the Warthog runs on the magnetic HALL sensors and it's made mostly from the steel and some plastic (I think its overall weight is 6 kg), but it doesn't have the pedals nor FFB. So my conclusion is: If you want a joystick it with pedals and FFB, go for a Logitech G-940. If you want a heavy, accurate and quality joystick then definitely buy the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog. But I have to warn you - after some time you'll have to buy (or make) the pedals too, because the Warthog doesn't have turnable stick for a rudder.

Misplaced and non-functional interaction-icons on several helicopters

I'm not logged on Steam, so I'll write here instead. Actually you have overlooked for two possible malfunctons - Those are batteries and hydraulics. For checking the battery just turn it on and if it is malfunctioned, one of Unknown problem on the list will change into Minor/Major malfunction: Battery or something like that. For checking the hydraulics just simply move the cyclic in every direction, then push and pull the collective (something like from 50% to 0% and then to 100%). And of course, don't forget the pedals too. -
It's that an OICW in the hands of second soldier?? http://www.armaholic.com/datas/users/gamestar_arma3_4_4.jpg

Saitek X52 (which is waiting for successor - TM Warthog), Simped Vario Pro pedals (USB) and TrackIR 4 PRO.

Did you set the digital or analog throttles in ArmA 2/ComPrevTakOH controls setup? If you have it under Throttle then no wonder why they go full up and full down because they're recognized as digital input. If you put it at Throttle Acceleration (analog) (or something alike, you can find it at aircraft controls) you will not have any problems ... that worked for me. -
