  3. @Matt - I'm one of the senior staff at TeamDeadly, I can understand where you are coming from since this has been happening to our servers as well and has been an issue since we put up all 7 servers. I know exactly who it is, but he hides behind a proxy server so trying to get him has been a task. He has been banned from our all of our servers but yet off our public vent. We have taken steps to report him to the proper authoritize and hopefully something will be done soon. I do apologize for you having to deal with this as well.   5. ACE works on a gear to stamina ratio, the more gear you carry the less stamina you have. Add this to your already additional primary gear load out, think in terms of would you really want to carry this sh*t around in real life? SMAW launcher: Weight: 7.52 kg (16.5 lbs) unloaded launcher plus 4.3 (9.5 lbs) to 6.9kg (15.2 lbs) rocket 3x SMAW HEAA or HEDP = LOW 28.5 LBS or HIGH 45.6 LBS :eek: Your better off paying 3 packs of smoke per grunt to carry the rounds for you :D

GENERAL: To provide a rewarding and competitive online battle community comprising mainly prior servicemen in a mature environment. The members of the USMC WARRIORS units are some of the most dedicated, professional, and tactically proficient online gamers to be found. We guard our unit designation with honor, and seek the same from any recruits. Because of this, the USMC Warriors is a perfect example of the MARINE TEAM. That means AIR, GROUND, and ARMOR combined arms deployed under a single command to achieve our primary mission. That Mission: To locate, close with, and destroy the enemy by fire and maneuver, or repel the enemy’s assault by fire and close combat. The USMC Warriors is broken down into units of command for better logistical and administrative purposes. The basic directive of those units is to support the main ground unit. Thus, at our core foundation is the Marine fire team and rifleman. COMMAND AND CONTROL: This unit is comprised of mainly former servicemen with a long history of online gaming and the control of tactical units in real life. Thus certain points have been made for unit growth, while keeping it easily deployable at a moments notice. The Commanding Officer controls his squad leaders, the squad leaders control their team leaders and also have communication with any reinforcing units such as reconnaissance, air, or armor assets. TRAINING: This unit is run primarily by prior service members with expertise in small unit leadership. They have proven themselves both in real life and in the gaming community. The Training Command is responsible for the growth of squad members in their ability to follow orders, learn true Marine Corps tactics and apply those tactics in a gaming environment. This is accomplished through tactical war gaming, practice, rehearsal and application in tournaments. ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS: The USMC Warriors uses this website as its main point of contact between its many members. In addition, in use are voice communications and private message boards. Recruitment is done via this site and all applicants should read and understand the information on the recruit area and what will be expected of them as they undertake USMC Warriors Recruiting Deopt.   7. I was hoping to see them in the package as well, spent alot of time fine tunning them but that was over a year ago. If they have no plans on using them then I will get up with Johny and update the gear to modern standards and release a solo package. Nice to see ppl requesting them again. Might make a brief AA return for this.
  8. Stopping in to congratulate the entire ACE Team, I know the amount of hours/months that was put into developing this mod. Had a few min. (actually had me up till 3am) to check it out and you guys done an outstanding job, looking forward to the seeing some of the other "special projects" make it in the next release. I know you guys still have an "ACE" up your sleeve, no pun intended .... lol @Scuba, Dasquade and Johny - you guys never cease to amaze me. @Sickboy - Thank you for everything, the project could have never been fully realized without you. @Rocko and all the scripting/coding guys - simply mind boggling what you all can do. Keep the pink dildo polished! @ShackTac - Semper Fi bros, Dlsy thanks for all the feedback and keeping ACE close to you and ShackTac, project would have died in the early stages. See you all when ArmA 2 is released.. Well got to go, my 2 year old just got into the magic markers and decided to put on her war paint.... sigh*

    Interesting thread, ACE and IMWM merged due to the simple fact we had more resources and further development progress. The things they wanted to achieve we are able to supply, some members of IMWM did not fit in with ACE and left by choice, no hard feelings they just went on to other projects. ACE is currently on the 14th revision of it's private beta testing, trust me when I say we are trying to get it out to the public. I can understand the frustration some of you guys have but it's equally frustrating for the developers that are constantly battling the engine capabilities amoung other things. Also members merging their projects into ACE had been a task from 6th Sense to MaddMatt's Effects to name two off hand, I could easily add 4-8 more names. In that you can imagine the complications in re-writting code and making everything work seamlessly. Â Also with new content being released we are trying to integrate items into ACE still, Jonny for instance as an example is reworking his USMC units to fit into ACE and with his recent SFODA models have to be worked in the ACE ruck system. We don't want to release a bug filled version hence why we are on the 14th revision now. Also there has been a few internal managment issue, Q left and I took over .. now I have handed it down to Sickboy for the time being. I have spent so much time devoted to ACE it was time for me to take a break. Alot of the guys have RL issue to take care of also.. they work ,have families and kids to devote time to. I'll try to put some screenshots together so atleast you can see the current status. I can express to you that ACE changes the way you play ArmA, the teamwork factor will play a huge role.

    *updated Currently our simulations are based using the unreleased ACE mod v14, members have access to beta test the mod and provide feedback to the developers. In addition we are adding a few public dedicated server next week that will be co-located in Alabama. Our server equipment has been shipped and will be installed next week. We are also looking for mission developers with knowledge is advanced scripting and code creation. ArmA Projected Schedule Requirements: 2-3 days a week, days will be discussed on availability Duration: 1 hr minimum Competition: We will be competing against other squads and/or tournaments. Details to come Other: Qualifications will be brought back, along with medals and ribbons for ArmA.

    We work closely with Rock and UNN, ACE is looking at integrating the cargo system that RSKL has developed it just a matter of how and when. As you can imagine it's not a simple system that we can just plug into.

    ACE will remain as is, we are going to include more content geared toward that theather of war, I can forsee a campaign but probably not done by us. We might have to rely on outside help, or we might have to do some more recruitment to fill that postion. Currently we are testing out v13 internal which is our benchmark for public v1.0. So cross your fingers.. @Matt He bud, signup over at the forums and we'll get you in the mix.

    Due to RL stuff and other things Q had to take leave, it was a huge lost to us and we will miss him but we just have to move forward as always. In other recent events we are closing on our v1.0 public version our internal v13 should be the benchmark for v1.0, pretty much the core system is finished we are working on adding in new content at the moment such as the MRAPS, UPARMORED HMMWV, HIMARS, STRYKERS w/ SLATS, and all the new goodies you guys want. Also as of last night IMWM has been merged into ACE to focus on the middle eastern theather so we will be all working as one single entity. We are all excited about the merger and bringing the ACE system into IMWM to further your playing experience.
