    Hmm I've noticed something interesting in the vid at 1:18-1:19 I'm not sure if my mind is playing tricks on me but doesn't it look like there's some exhaust trail from the front jet at that instant? here's a pic to show what I mean just keep playing the vid a few times from 1:17 to 1:20 and you'll see a quick exhaust trail?:confused: also I'm not certain but I feel like it happens exactly right after that little "drum bump" noise at the 1:18-1:19 mark It's as if the music is supposed to be clues lol even at 1:25 as PurePassion said about the Heat haze effect from the Fennek's exhaust at 1:24 that sound comes again and at that instant you see a part on the lower side of the vehicle move, then at 1:25 you hear a sorta quick "we" noise and you see a part on top of the vehicle turn at the same time? Coincidence?:butbut:

    ArmA Addon request thread

    i Apologize if this isn't the Right place to post, but i'l like to Request if anyOne could Convert the M-50 ONTOS tank from OFP to ArmA http://ofp.gamepark.cz/index.php?showthis=9466 not sure 100% sure but i think Hawkins is the Original Author.. wish i could do it myself but i'm not familar on how to Convert much anything:( Sorry if i'm asking for too much:icon_sad: Any effort put would be greatly Appreciated:)

Hello.. first i'd like to say i apologize if i'm posting in the wrong Section, and that i have searched the Forums first but with no avail :/ so here's the question::D Is it possible to change how Strong The water's wave is(height)? i remember a long time ago there was an Addon(or simple edit idea) that allowed the waves Height to be adjusted.. but it's been so long and i've forgot what addon and how to make it work.... would be nice to ride a boat in high Tides;) Any Help will be greatly Appreciated:)

    i can't believe that they related the Fillrate with the Resolution >.< now my Lappy Laggs even everyset set on low.. and fillrate set on 100%(1024X800) before 1.02.. i always set the fillrate to 100% but the Resolution to 800X600.. and it was really good for me.. now.. its a mess -_-

    i Just wish that .... in a convoy of tanks... the Followers would not make a 360 Spin or move off road when they get near the Leader.... it's really Annoying!!! same Thing happened in ArmA1!! i hope they can fix this, i wanna feel like im moving in a real Convoy (for ex: what if there is a VIP in one car with 2Humvees infront and Back of him, they would just do a 360 while the enemy shoots em down with ease:P) The Leader of the Convoy is smart,, he follows the rules and moves like a master, but the guys behind him... Drunk as #@%^

    Patch 1.02 Satisfaction Survey

    one thing i don't like about 1.02.58134 is that now if you change the FillRate.. it changes the Resolution.. which for my 9600m GT(i have no Desktop =( ) is bad.. it's really lowering my FPS especially when above Water due to the "Super Reflection" and if i set the resolution below 1280X800 (100%).. things get blurry and its not nice playing :/ so i hope they can separate the FillRate and resolution in the next patches like how they were in 1.00 and 1.01 , cuz i mean seriously.. everything is set on Low, fill rate on 100% (1280X800) and its laggy. + the AI still acts stupid in a Convoy.. the leader seems to move great and follow the rules of the road well, but the followers,, always making a 360Spin if they get too close to the leader or getting offroad =( i hope they'll fix it someday.. i would like to see a nice Close Convoy moving slow for once. still.. i see things are getting better step-by-step.. and i hope ArmA2 will be like 1.14 ArmA soon =)
  12. hmm interesting.. according to this http://lem.com.pl/gra.php?gid=727 ArmA 2 will be released in Poland....7th of AUGUST!! o.O or is that 8th of July? don't quite understand the date form there're using: Premiera w Polsce: 2009-08-07 either ways.. good thing i bought the german version way back..
  13. well the poll really can't really be considered since both choices have advantages and disadvantages over each other.. if the Patch were to be released first... the advantage to those who have the game will be that they will have less Bugs to deal with + the demo will be improved to those who don't have the game yet.. the Disadvantage.. simple.. whose who want a demo before buying the game...will have to wait:) on the other hand... if the Demo is released first, the advantage would be that those who don't have the game can give it a try before buying it, and to people can locate more bugs WHICH will create better patches for 1.02(given that further improvements are still occurring during the Demo-Patch gap).. and the disadvantage... well i think you can figure it out from the last sentence in my 1nd paragraph;) so if had to put a new option.. I'd vote "I don't care!" but wat the hell.. i voted Patch first:D

  16. Nice work! only thing that would make it perfect is to get the same effect for Missiles and to get smoke coming out of the right pod as well and the only extra the Shilka needs is for smoke to be coming out of the lower two turrets.
  17. i wonder if it would be possible if Reverse Thurst, or like reverse gear could be added to airplanes so that they could taxi out of a Hangar(for instance). so that we can place a plane in a hangar and take it out professionally for taxing and takeoff.. Or even have the plane parked forward to the Hangar's exit(which would only be possibly by reverse offcourse:p)
  18. hmm ya.. a tug.. thats it..thats the word i was looking for:p well let's just say we need a action button that says "reverse" so that we can get a plane out of a hangar without having to try to blow it up on an attempt of breaking the front Hangar wall:D

Nice!;) ya ur right about the firing animation on the MLRS.. minor neglectful bug for now i guess. the UAV interface seems simple, but i wanna ask. how do you start controlling it, is there some machine you place on the map or you just click something like "control UAV" when you're standing next to it?:D + there's something weird about the rotar on the UAV, at 0:17 to 0:21, they look kinda "blurish"

  23. nice pics and vids every1:D bugs there will be offcourse.. but i guess in time patches will come(just like Arma1) and one-step at a time.. we might get excellent gameplay:p now... can some1 please post atleast just one pic of the MLRS firing or see how the UAV system works:(
