  3. Well, the point is folder locations and names have changed. ie. there is no longer a UI folder etc. Providing instructions for 2013 would greatly reduce the number of unneeded posts here.

  7. Has anyone ever come across a bug with the Sort Alpha function in O2 like I have? When I choose Sort Alpha, O2 seems to enjoy randomly adding faces with transparent textures to other Named Selections (i.e Added parts of the tank tracks to OtocVez, adds the clan logo to PasAnimL etc.) I first suspected a corrupt file so I copied all my LODS to a new file. But that did not resolve the issue. I can replicate this on both of my PCs, one is running Win7 32bit and the other is Win7 64bit.

Â Stowage has been made into proxies to increase performance, wheels are now a more accurate size and texture. Â See the Readme for full change log.     FDF sound pack v1.0

    Did find one issue I haven't seen posted. All MP clients connecting need to have it if the Host has it installed. Otherwise, those people without it will experience their avatar running around uncontrollably. Other than that, this pack changes the whole ArmA experience for me. Great MOD!

    Remember the days of OFP when they released beta patches before final release? Was a much better way of getting community feedback if you ask me. I do have a strange bug though. Cannot turn my turrets on vehicles with HDR set to Low. When I put HDR on High, everything works fine. Even get a slight FPS increase.

    Yes, Geforce 4 only handles up to DirectX 8. ArmA requires DirectX9. Minimum specs specify at least a Geforce 6600GT.

    Tonal Redux

    My suggestion is that before anyone reports a bug, run plain vanilla OFP with only the @Tonalredux MOD folder and all required addons. Â If it is a map bug, also report the map grid location and object ID (you can find this in the editor). This will make it much simpler to locate and/or solve problems. Â I'm sure Ebud will have no problems fixing them as long as he can reproduce them. Â Also take into account that things like terrain detail settings can make things appear on your system that some of us will never see.

    We have no tools. We are banking on the comments in a couple interviews that the tools will be released prior to the release of ArmA. So, in a perfect world, that would be before November 10th.

    Are you using DXDLL? Â if so, the new drivers for NVIDIA 6600 and higher won't work with Object Relections on, usually getting only 10 fps and lower as a result.

    Meaning, when you die, your body is replaced with the mission designer's prefered object. Â I.E. Body, Grave Marker, etc.

    im with him... i like hyk units and use them in Y2K3 but i highly dislike the lsr weapons. not because of quality or anything like that. its just i have enough weapon packs as it is. between INQ and a few misc gun addons i have more then enough guns... i dont need another 90 megs of guns i already have. i agree the guns look nice and all, but i have enough and i dont want or need more. so i depboed the addon and removed the lsr dependancy.. except for other then "required addons" there is absolutly no mention of lsr stuff in there. no weapon cargo, no ammo cargo, nothing. so why do we need that thing anyway?? by the way i need mcar too, i lost it before. i deleted it forgetting i needed it Sorry, eventually, all Combat addons will be updated to require these addons in some form. Â It's called consistency. Â Besides, there are no other Woodland and Desert Modern US Army addons and I am not in favor of recreating the wheel to have our own. Â Not counting Laser's and BAS' Rangers, which are special ops and do not use any of this equipment except maybe the HMMWVs. The crew are HYK, which require Laser's weapons, which require JAM 2.

    OK, error message with Tow Variants is fixed. Â D/L Link updated in first post. Â Seems the MCAR docs are wrong in stating to leave the field blank if you don't want to use their destroyed vehicle FX scripts. Â I just created a dummy script file with exit in it and it takes care of the problem. Â Enjoy!
