    I do have the standard  map in Inventory. So Tao Map should show.

     

     

     

    In Editor under Assets (Right Hand Side) F1. Map is listed in the drop down list, @tao_foldmap_a3 , but nothing under it! Is this correct?

     

     

    Any Ideas?

    Don't know if you're interested but i've been going through the rpt to fix as many errors as i can find apart from the one above. One i came across was this in Rsc/Resources.hpp:

     

    soundEnter[] = {"\A3\ui_f\data\sound\onover",0.09,1};
    soundPush[] = {"\A3\ui_f\data\sound\new1",0.0,0};
    soundClick[] = {"\A3\ui_f\data\sound\onclick",0.07,1};

    And changed to this:

    It's not game breaking but the error has gone so not spamming my rpt. There are four entries to replace in Resources.hpp, Lines 86,174, 255 & 311. :f:   <<<<<< Line numbers depend on your version, DOH!!!

    Hi Itchy, welcome to the forum.

     

    That's very strange mate. Have you tried putting the mission in your MPMission folder on your local PC and tried to play the mission to see if it works properly? Also run ArmA3 with no mods loaded. Not rubbing it in but i have my own Lan server for private playing and have no such problems. Do you have mods running with keys that aren't working properly or server setup incorrectly maybe? :f:

     

    And next time leave your keys in the other room, just in case. :f:

    I get this error quite a bit, seems to be related to this line:

  6. I've been tinkering with my sari altis edit, removed the skill scripts/folder as they seem to be useless, plus a tidy up. Changed camp & depot bunkers to "Land_Cargo_Patrol_V3_F" & "Land_Cargo_House_V3_F". Makes it a little more challenging capturing a camp as you have to leg it up the steps then close the hatches. Much more fun, and it fits well on altis. Who needs the new OFPS version? Paaahhh!!!! :f:

     

    I even made a mock up of the engineer skill repair script, based on the A2 warfare version. Worked fine in the editor no errors but didn't work on the dedi', so then i binned all the skills!!!!

    I too have been playing pretty much everyday and AI seem fine for me, even after 2 hours + they're still trying to take the towns. Salvagers still cleaning up the battle strewn wrecks. Using Becti 0097 modified by Sari, Tasty and Onno.

  8. I was actually playing Flashpoint Warfare and the A1 zWarfare then A1 Waco's Warfare and A1 CTI yesterday albeit my own edits. But today i fancied a game of A3 Becti Warfare. All great in their own right. Hope to see an update to Becti 0097 which i like to tinker with. I got the new OFPS version but binned it. Not interested in it if i can't edit for own personal use, but understand them wanting to protect their work. Shame though, but Becti 0097 works fine so no complaints.

  9. To add to what Rydygier said, also watch some Youtube videos. I've played BF2 etc etc got bored of the same sh*t, but the ArmA series is much better. Give it time, it's about patience and teamwork especially if playing online and not being gung ho like the BF series of games.

     

    The guys or gals in the shop where right in my opinion but it's a shock to the system for anyone who's coming from the BF series to the ArmA verse. Patience young Padawan........patience! :f:

    Yeah i saw this but never got round to building it but very cool. Warfare will always be good but crCTI is much better. I've been playing both since OFP back in the day so i know what i'm talking about. Obviously people will be divided, and i don't think many people are aware of crCTI as they are Warfare, which is a shame. What you have done with this thhamm will keep me donating on and off for quite a while. Think of it as rent......LOL!!!! :f:

     

    It's actually why i made my little Server, so you've actually made me spend more money. :smile_o:

  11. I also like the humour that's added to this, kinda brightens it up when you've been shot. Although the German has me flummoxed, guess i'd better learn  And one feature i really thought was neat was hearing the chainsaws and seeing obstructions being removed when the base is being built ie: trees, fences. I just stood their watching for a while before realising........"f*ck better help my guys cap that town". Very cool. :f:

    I built a cheap LAN PC out of new and spare parts and i get 49fps after running #monitor, even after a couple of hours. That's playing on my own though and I'm using a cheap i3-3220 and 8gb ddr3 and an ssd. I only play on my own as fed up with cheaters, pussy childish admins, not inc' mature admins. Not really played online since operation flashpoint where i was online non stop as law-giver.  My point being i disagree with the statement above, you gotta tweak it a little ie: reduce ai group sizes. Even crCTI runs okay on my crappy little LAN server, but the fps is a little lower as it's a little more demanding. And it's gonna suck if you're hosting while playing on the same PC. :f:

    Yeah they do start patrolling but they just looks kinda weird. When i approach i feel like joining in and giving a group hug. :f:

     

    It's also very addictive, any way of curing that? My wife is wondering why i'm on the PC so late at night! If it's not Pilgrimage, RAVAGE or Warfare it's bloody crCTI.........:grinning:

    Well thanks for the torrents on google drive, I don't like steam to download mods, they do not appear in the arma folder, and I lost 20gb of mods when reinstalling the game because of steam.

    I had the same problem with my default browser so i used a different browser ie: microsoft edge and the torrents worked fine. ;)

    Hi mate, I've been playing this since the original Cleanrock release back in the day, as i keep saying. So hats off for keeping this alive. I even built a home dedi' server for my own selfish play of warfare and crCTI.

     

    Right, i'm waffling on again.

     

    In the next update is there any chance you could give the AI some random spacing away from the captured town flag as they all bunch up and morph into a merged bundle of overcrowding, looks kinda weird. Much appreciated mate, luvs ya! ( In a respectful ArmA kinda way) :f:

    Hi mate, when i get radio messages i'm sure it never started with   ------>  game logic "RADIO: etc etc, I'm sure it used to be "RADIO: etc etc or am i wrong? It's no biggie but it just seems to be unrealistic with the word game logic popping up.

     

    And this mission is still as good as the last time i played it. And looking forward to whatever secret projects you may have sometime in 2017. Will be keeping an eye out! :)


  17. I was playing RAVAGE as i normally do and didn't like the lack of a gasmak image when picking up gas masks with the cartoon like balaclava. Not faulting Cunico as i love his Hidden Identity Pack. Anyway i added a m40 & m50 gas mask replacing the default tempUI.paa with my own. I'm trying to find a decent olive green one but the black one seems small enough that it's no biggie......i'm just fussy.

    I think i'll have to contact Cunico and if he's okay with it i'll forward it to haleks to implement in the ravage mod, if haleks is interested that is. I've not touched anything other than the tempUI.paa
