Thanks for all your hard work guys. I've created a replacement config to use with my modified Waco Warefare and other missions. Looks bloody cool! :D What's your next project or update? ;) -
Maybe a before and after screenie might help people decide if this is a worthy download. Can't see much difference myself, no offence intended! ;)

Love the hummer variants. Can't wait to get them on my hard drive. It's nice to see ArmA hasn't been forgotten. I have ArmA2 and all the others but still love to play ArmA. Thanks Explosive and not forgetting Stiltman. Top notch! ;)

ARMA 2 freezes during gameplay

Yeah i'm getting the same issues, games is freezing constantly, it's becoming unplayable. At first i thought it was the mods i had running. So i removed all of them and it's still happening. I then toned down my Graphics settings although it has always been fine the way it was. And still happening although not as bad. Since the last few beta patches something has changed the game. I understand that while patches fix some things they can disrupt another. And i fully appreciate all the hard work you guys put in. So i still love you....cough! I haven't played for a while but i've got the latest patch although it was doing it with the beta but i didn't think much of it as i wasn't playing it much until this morning. My game install is on a separate drive with 101 Gig of free space. I've had no hardware changes recently. The usual software is running in the background that i normally have running. It ain't my temps and my GPU/CPU is not overclocked. And it ain't dust as i clean my Pc with a compressor on a regular basis. I'm a geek! ;) Although i now have my settings on normal it is not stuttering as it was previously. I find Terrain and Object detail on High causes more stuttering but i never had this problem previously. I could run majority of the settings on high without problems, view distance is about 2500. It still doesn't seem to be very fluid though, but it is bearable. Running ArmA2 OA, BAF & PMC all updated with latest Patches! My system is a Core 2 Duo E8400, Asus GTX460 1Gig, 4Gig DDR3 Ram, Mainboard P5Q3 Deluxe, Driver version 260.99, Win7 x64. -
Sorry i think i didn't explain it very clearly. I'm actually using OFPTankDirectionLook but in ACE2 it still shows the old TankDirectionLook. Thanks for the reply though! ;)

Is there a possible fix for OFPTankDirectionLook in ACE2, because the original TankDirectionLook still appears when i'm commander or gunner but it doesn't show up if i'm the loader in an M1A2 Tusk for example. These tweaks are a must have as is ACE2. I hope there's a way to resolve this issue. If not i suppose i'll have to lose a tweak or two. Excellent job on the tweaks though, with out them ArmA2 looks and feels kinda weird! ;)

Crikey that was quick mate. Thanks for the update guys. And with regards to extra humvees and desert ones i can't wait, the desert ones would be awesome. I made a replacement config for the strykers but not the humvee as there are only 3 but when you finish the rest i'll make one and possibly upload it. And that fix has resolved the bright rucksacks. I have ArmA2 and OA but still lovingly play ArmA1. Thanks again ExplosiveAids & stiltman! ;) -

Excellent Hummvee textures. But is it me or are the rucks and straps a little bright. When in the editor for example they just seem overly bright. Overall like the Strykers they're well cool. I've even created a Exa Strykers replacement config for my warfare conversion. I hope more hummers and other vehicles are being textured mate, top notch! :D Also i'm getting this error at startup. Cannot load texture p:\exa_humvees\data\stryker_bags_01_nohq.paa. -
LMAO! Yeah will switch them off, they are a little distracting. Will upload again when i've added something else! I've been making vehicle replacement addons for Exa's new Humvees and Strykers. I find replacement addons are much better than making addons compulsory in missions! :D Will upload one with hints and one without! Seems fair eh! :)

Yeah, i see what you mean now mate! Will have a look maybe over the next few days. I'm working again tonight so got to go to bed soon. Plus i got a lot of DIY to do or the missus won't be happy! :D

Yeah i know i said i'm not doing any more to this, but i got bored. I've now added Dr Eyeballs 'Status Dialog' and i removed the old set terrain grid and created one with a GUI. I basically used VFAI's Control Panel GUI as a template and then i created an addaction scripted set terrain GUI. Will post a screenie later. Maybe! :D I also removed mando hitch as i'm trying Dr Eyeballs version from his Devastation mission. Also added the hints & tips box that pops up randomly during the game, think it was in Benny's. That's it for now as i'm working nights this weekend! ;)

@Siglar I'm not sure what you mean by the above quote. Those vehicles are already created by the Ai Commander! With regards to "Support V2" i have in the past implemented it into my version of Squeeze's cRCTI, and although it was very cool it was also problematic! Also i think it would ruin warfare because people will flood the skies with ammo drops, artillery, air strikes & reinforcements. I was hoping Zonekiller was going to finish Support V3 but he obviously didn't have the time or reasons unknown to us. A shame! I am looking through my collection of scripts that i have stored from years of downloading to see if anything is worth implementing. I'm also picking through various warfare and borrowing the bits i like. :D Jon.....

I think that's it for now. I'm still adding stuff to mine but unless i feel the need to upload it then no more will uploaded. I might upload zWarfare that i've edited and also Squeeze's cRCTI Final that i've also edited and added stuff. Since there's a lack of interest in Warfare and cRCTI i'll consider ArmA1 pretty much dead then. Well not on my Computer. Right i'm talking to myself again! ;)

Been sloppy again guys. Was in a rush last week getting ready to go to work when i uploaded the last version and i forgot to update the addon config. So basically ArmA was crashing to desktop when selecting multiplayer. So basically this latest one is fixed. Doh!! :o Also added separate MP Missions for those that prefer it. Guys i came across an error in game, easy for me to miss and the tower markers weren't as fixed as i thought but now they are in this version. It was because when i copied and pasted the commtower text to save time i left a gap in the text. So when the relevant script was calling it it didn't see it properly. Played several Islands and the towers pay me $500 and the markers vanish as well. I'm happy now! And another error seems to have gone now. It kept coming up at IGUANA, i think it was linked to Parato in the init line. I removed Parato from the init as the town wasn't even on the map anyway. It was giving me a SCALAR error at Iguana when the supply trucks arrived. Parato was in Dolores's init as well so probably would have thrown up an error there as well. Knowing me that means no it isn't! ACE2 & ArmA2 & also OA & BAF seem to be getting better with patches & updates so will probably be back on that now. Oh please do mate, i've played a few on ArmA2 but something seems to be missing so i'd love to play an ArmA2 Warface conversion or whatever it will be named! Iv'e just downloaded the stable ACE2 1.6, all it needs now is Doomguys Warface2. So get on with it. LMAO!
