Hello, First off I would like to thank you for giving the community the MSO. It's amazing! I have a few questions. What do the different colored flags mean that are over the towns? In addition to that what does it mean when a town's hatching goes from white to blue and then white again. I looked through the documentation but did not see much that addressed it. Im not venting. I have commented on the squadserver forums. I was just looking for a new server company. What is the name of the company that is taking over squadsevers US clients? I checked their forums but didn't see anything listed. Knight

Our crashes are becoming less. Was on for 7 hours last night and had 1 lock up on Warfare v1.0M 32 player. The server was packed and it locked up when about 4 guys joined at once. It really wasnt a crash though. It just locked up so I had to restart the server. It seems as though the server is crashing however Im not online when it happens. According to squad tracker not very many people are in the server when it happens. FDF sound mod seems ok. <S> Knight31

We think our crashes were addon based. Our server provider put our addons into a mod folder on the server and gave us a seperate start line. We are using the base start line so that no addons are running on the server however are allowing client side addons on our server. Our server has been running with no crashes for over 24 hours now. We are based on the organization of the 2nd Brigade 101st Airborne. We are currently at squad strength and looking to grow. The 502nd prides itself on our training and use of real military movements to complete missions. The 502nd as a gaming group has its beginnings in World War II Online. The founding members of the 502nd are members of the 101st Airborne in WWIIOL. We have brought the friends and family tradition from the 101st Airborne in WWIIOL to ArmA. What does the 502nd offer to you? 1. Realistic Basic Combat Training. The 502nd Basic Combat Training is some of the best around. It doesn’t matter if your new to ArmA or and old vet. Our BCT will teach you something. Our BCT instructs recruits on the basics of being a contributing member of the 502nd. 2. Realistic Advanced Individual Training. The 502nd takes it one step further than BCT. Once you complete BCT you will be sent to Air Assault School. Once you complete Air Assault School you will be assigned to a squad in one of several positions. We will give you advanced training on the weapons and tactics that your position requires. 3. Realistic Teamwork. The 502nd uses squad level tactics to complete missions. We pride ourselves that each member is trained in squad level tactics. This allows members to be able to count on one another to contribute and complete the mission. We don’t go anywhere alone. You will always have a buddy. 4. Leadership and Experience Many of our members are current military or law enforcement. This brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the 502nd and the way we play ArmA. Our leadership is some of the best and pass a lot of their information on. 5. 1 Stable ArmA Server. We have 1 stable ArmA server. We have several ArmA fan favorite maps on the server as well as custom maps. The server can be adjusted for public or private use. 6. Stable TeamSpeak Server. We have a dedicated ArmA TeamSpeak Server. Having our own server that is stable allows us to have constant communication without the worry of it going down. We have some rules that everyone should read. 1. The minimum age requirement to enlist in the 502nd is 16 years old. 2. Act mature, this goes for any age. 3. Don’t ask for promotions. We base them on knowledge, experience and activity. 4. TeamSpeak is required whether or not you have a mic. Jobs Available: Officer Positions- Enlisted Positions- 11B- Infantryman- The infantryman supervises, leads, or serves as a member of an infantry activity that employs individual or crew served weapons in support of offensive and defensive combat operations. Some common tasks an infantryman holds are: -Perform as a member of a fire team during movement to contact, reconnaissance, security, attack, and defense. -Operate Individual weapons and equipment. -Operate crew served weaponry such as the M240B and Browning .50 Cal. -Conduct anti-vehicle operations using equipment such as the AT4 and JAVELIN missile launcher. -Conduct mounted operations with vehicles assigned to the brigade. The 506th has the spade, 502nd the heart, 327th the club and the 187th has a torri. The 187th brought that design from the pacific theater which is where they were in WWII. Knight31 BTW Cam THOSE LOOK GREAT!
