    Great vid, but please it would be SOO great to see footage of actualy SQUAD combat action. I mean I can hear the guys in the video, but I personally would love to see the us forces out in formation in the jungles of vietnam. WITHOUT snow. remember that vietnam scene from forrest gump? Remember the look of vietnam in platoon? with jungles and heuys flying over head? Well can we expect that in this mod?

    Look, I have been one of the main supporters of this project. And Am probably the BIGGEST terminator fan here. So to have my hopes up by an endoskeleton in Arma and then get reports of not enough help and "problems" with scripting and so forth IS BS. To the OP, you should have not released those screens getting our hopes up and then saying that you might not be able to release it. That is dirty and cruel. You NEED to stop doing that because you are hurting us. Im just saying you need to stop doing it like that and just admitt that this project will not get done any time soon. You barely even work on it.

    Something like that should work. Â Make sure that the sound mod you want to use is the last mod listed. Â There should be no .pbo editing needed. I tried that but it didnt work Im so sad right now. Please help me with this.

    HI tony And thanks for the great mod. However I am sad that this mod seems to replace the gunsounds with other ones. Is there anyone I can keep this mod yet still have my gunsounds that that I want. I hear that its possible for US to edit the pbo, if so how? thanks guys
  8. A few bugs, for one , when in vehicles, the fov is still too close and when we zoom in with the weapons, they dont zoom in as much as they did in 1.08. What should we type in the config file to fix this? thanks
  9. All you have to do is find the hotfix pbo in either the 1.12 or 1.09 beta patch then put that hotfix file in the arma addons folder.
  10. its just way easier to replace the hot fix in the addons folder with the one from 1.09 or 1.11 beta

    Paul I tried that, but the fov is still the same, the only difference was, I can't zoom when i use the optics. Unless, im doing it wrong. PLEASe help guys

    To start, get a program called Eliteness to de-pbo the TrueFOV mod, and then use it to de-rapify the config.bin file. Inside there are the settings, somewhere in the cfgVehicles section. You might find it a bit complicated, depending on whether you have experience with this sort of thing or not. TrueFOV original should use the 1.08 values for FOV, although with some changes. So you might just be happy with that. Explaining it in detail is a bit much for this forum topic. thx, however, so far I notice that with the trueFOV all it does is make it not zoom with I use optics, the fov is still the same as in the 1.12 patch

    You can use the TrueFOV addon from TrueView to get even better FOV settings. Search the "Addons and Mods: Complete" section for 'TrueView' to find it. If you really want the old FOV back, you could make your own addon and use the old values. I'm not going to explain how to make a mod like that here. If you really want to modify it from within the beta patch, it should be in 'Hotfix.pbo'. It might also be set in the config.bin file in dta\bin.pbo. I really would hope you can tell me how to make custom fov setttings in my own mod. Please? So i guess my question is, how do i make my own config to make it work? thx

    Fixing the FOV from within the 1.12 beta itself: IS this possible? I know the FOV can be changed within the user profile setting, however, that causes instability with the compass among other issues. My question is, isn't there a config or something from within the beta patch itself that we can unpbo to alter the settings to the original FOV? Does anyone know where its located? I can't find it. thanks guys

  17. Yeah I really hope that he will release them, I hope he does, I love those sounds, and I have no clue where to get them or how to produce them.

CHAMMY PLEASe, I beg of you, relese THESE sounds to the public now, you dont have to make a whole mod for these, but PLEASe if you have these sounds anywhere on your hardrive please just upload them to a site, we can figure out where to put them. But still, those sounds are So crisp, and they are differentthan what is featured in other Chammy sound mod versions. Please chammy, upload those sounds somewhere we can get to them.
  19. U know Chammy, I mean I was hoping that you can release those scrapped sounds that are featured in that youtube vid I posted. I know you were responsible for him accquiring those sounds. Please upload those somewhere, because those sounds are too precious and realistic to be scrapped. if you do this for me, im sure theres something I can do for you. I made the config , Now, you can either put the @wpn folder in your arma directory and  re-dit the properties in the Arma shortcut, or you can simply take the pbo files in the wpn wpn addons folder and put them in the addons folder in th earma directory. I set it so that ALL weapons fire at the realistic fire rate. INCLUDING the mk-19 and AGS-30, plus the mk-19 and ags-30 won'nt make the vehicles jump back when you use it.(thx frederfs) ENJOY!!
