  2. So if I understand this correctly it sometimes works and sometimes not (so randomly), but when it does work it always reverts back to the default anim without exception? And always at the same moment/situation? Would this be right after starting preview in the editor? It shows up for a second or two, then reverts to the default one?

  5. In the master bedroom it looked like there was a case/laptop of some sort on one of the dressers on the right. You're pretty much looking straight at it at 14:35-37. IIRC there was some small update for MP after 3.2, but I don't recall it being required ...
  6. @SiC: You talked about an update that you can't find, which one is it? I might have it on some backup drive ... Seems like you failed to secure some evidence since a perfect mission would yield 100/100, and nothing has been deducted, just not added either :P

    OFP Addon request thread

Due to some glitch at the ISP my upload was about 15 times faster than it usually is. So I've decided to mirror some of the larger files that I didn't get around to because I kept losing connection to the FTP after around 600MB at the normal upload speed (which is a problem since so many of you are creating such large mods, so please spend less time on addons ;) ). Did they remove these messages shortly after it hit the news worldwide like after the downing of the Ukrainian aircraft MH17? Was there a frenzy of cellphone calls attempting damage control afterwards? Let me guess, the next theory that one of you will bring up is that the social media accounts were hacked by the SBU to put that up there right? This thread shows typical Russian government protocol. Spreads as many theories as possible. When caught lying or twisting facts so heavily that it basically amounts to lying too they ignore their exposed falsehood and come up with some more nonsense or focus on some barely related topic that can't be refuted outright. Not that I blame any of you. When virtually every media outlet in your country is government owned and operated to spread misinformation to keep the siege mentality intact and the people docile out of fear of the big bad outside world that is always against poor little Russia and the few remaining independent media outlets are harassed, locked up and/or murdered I can understand that there is little alternative to the government's flood of misinformation.

You were the one that said that the rebels only had access to the SA-13, a system not capable an aircraft flying at the height that MH17 was flying at or some of the other Ukrainian air force losses around that time. From Wikipedia: Almost three kilometers higher than the ceiling of an SA-13. Three days prior to MH17 and according to the rebels themselves by using a BUK system that you are saying they didn't have?

    Russia General

The SA-13 in it's latest operational version (outside of Russia who have a limited number of newer vehicles) the SA-13 Strela-10M3 and regardless of even the newest missiles has an engagement ceiling of 3500 meters at a maximum range of 5000 meters. A number of Ukrainian aircraft that were shot down were flying higher than that, MH17 was flying at at almost three times the maximum engagement ceiling of the SA-13. They had other more capable systems or they wouldn't have been able to shoot down many of the aircraft that they actually shot down. It's a short range and low altitude system and you'd need to deploy (which includes capturing intact from the Ukrainians and having personnel among a rag tag fighting force of insurgents trained to use them) a lot of them to cover the entire rebel area where all over the Ukrainian air force was suddenly losing a lot of aircraft flying out of nowhere. Combat Air Support is low-mid level, transports and airliners don't fly that low and so can't have been engaged with the SA-13. Or they had gotten one or more far more capable systems that covered a large area and could engage targets at all altitudes where military aircraft can fly ... but that probably makes too much sense.

Including the two times that they tried to present two separate "satellite images" of the SU-25 that were so obviously (read: poorly) photoshopped. Destroying the unit in some field means leaving physical evidence that it was there and theoretically a prime suspect. To eliminate themselves as suspects and blame the Ukrainians the rebels/Russians needed it gone altogether.

And Ukraine for not closing it's airspace over an active warzone.

If a member attacks another country on that non-member's own territory then they're on their own. Like Turkey is now that they have invaded Syria. If a non-member flies their military aircraft over a member's territory while exhibiting flight manoeuvres that indicate hostile intent or flying with their transponder switched off then after the regular procedures have been followed those aircraft risk getting shot down. All perfectly easy to log and determine on both civilian and military radar. A ground based incursion wouldn't go unnoticed since there are plenty of satellites, drones and other surveillance assets watching the eastern border. Some burnt out vehicles help with identification too. For example I think the number of T-72B3s in the Russian arsenal has declined considerably in recent years which was the main indicator for direct Russian involvement in Ukraine along with the training related fatalities in the Russian army spiking considerably and relatives being harassed when trying to talk about it ... Any offensive provocation on a non-member's territory is an illusion at best, most countries near the border don't even have the capability of doing something like that without it being clear for everyone to see that they started it which again means no support. Countries in Eastern Europe starting any conflict with Russia is really not an issue since the military forces of those countries need a lot of work to become a credible force and they'd bare the brunt of the response. Much easier to fight in someone else's backyard rather than your own. Armenia/Azerbaijan and ethnic tensions in and around Serbia are really the only problem spots I can think of in and around Europe where military alliances aren't obligated by a charter to support either side but have interests and both sides consider accomplishing their goals feasible, or they just don't care (religious extremists). Some Balkan countries aren't in NATO yet and any ethnic group in that region wanting to make their move could feel rushed to make their move before that happens. Proxy warfare is not so unthinkable in those places. Non-state actors like militia leaders are a much bigger problem than any country as a whole. Were Ukrainian BUK systems seen racing for their home bases like the one in rebel territory was documented by many ordinary citizens moving into the area early on July 17 2014 from Russia and then racing for the Russian border on the night of July 18 2014, only hours after the death of 298 people? Unless those people living in Eastern Ukraine that posted pictures and videos of the BUK on social media are all opposed to the rebels/are all spies with faked material on social media before the crime had even been committed? Why bring it in and then move it back out again within 24 hours without having engaged any Ukrainian military aircraft that were hurting the rebels so much on their offensive to create a path to the Russian border? Suddenly all of the rebel commanders (and allegedly the Russian Spetznatz advising them) no longer needed the air defence capability that they had been pleading for hours earlier despite no major chance in the capability of the Ukrainian air force? Because this particular BUK was being operated by people who shouldn't have been there, coming from a country that wasn't officially involved and which hadn't intended what ended up happening because on it's own the BUK without the rest of the AD system is rather limited at target identification and the crew were under immense pressure to relieve the rebel forces, realizing how it would make them look on the world stage? For Ukraine shooting down a civilian airliner was just as useless as it was for Russia, probably even more so since they would have lost all political support, military cooperation and goodwill from the population of all NATO members. It wouldn't have been able to invoke Article 5 even if the Ukrainians had immediately afterwards had produced an irrefutable amount of evidence showing Russian involvement whether faked in a false flag operation or real. Ukrainian airspace is not NATO airspace and the aircraft wasn't about to leave NATO airspace either. If for example the Russians had shot down an airliner flying over Poland as it was approaching the Russian border that would be totally different.

    Turkey Coup D'Etat

About half of this is Turkish propaganda :P Like "training the Peshmerga Kurds", I assume the person you spoke to needs some lessons in English since the term for what Turkey does is "bombing", not "training".

According to some this stability fuelled by an economic boom never existed in the first place. Seems they artificially inflated their economy: http://www.al-monitor.com/pulse/originals/2016/02/turkey-economic-success-dramatically-changed.html

Lol, "Real Life Mode". The soldiers in this video wouldn't have lasted more than 10 seconds in real life. Just call it "1337 mode", the target audience would prefer it.

    Turkey Coup D'Etat

If they really had wanted a chance their first action should have been to liquidate Erdogan. Once people realized that he was never coming back it might have swayed more parts of the armed forces to side with them. Would be a huge gamble as to how people would react but the approach they ended up using could only really have this outcome considering the masses of religious extremists that he can count on. Really to me it starts to look more and more like controlled cleaning of the house where the regime was aware of and controlled the situation at every step. Just one helicopter was shot down, the one carrying the officers responsible for the coup (what are the odds of that) while gunships were shooting up Ankara and Istanbul with air defence assets apparently loyal to the regime doing nothing. The masses have shown unlimited loyalty to Erdogan as did the parts of the armed forces that are controlled by people he put in place, parts of the army can be cleansed so that now it will be 100% loyal to the regime and he can push through legislation against anyone that sides against him without people even daring to protest it for fear of being branded a traitor by a now virtually unanimous support for the regime. He couldn't have asked for anything better than this coup at this time. It's just too perfect to be purely coincidental.

    Turkey Coup D'Etat

Helicopter is reported to have carried the officers behind the coup. Army withdrawing from strategic positions in the cities as well as the airport which has been occupied by loyalists, Erdogan expected to land there during the night. Yeah this coup is done for. If anyone had wanted a regime change they should have supported it while the army still had considerable control that Erdogan subsequently minimized in later years. Now it's too late, the propaganda machine of the regime has had far too much time to condition the population to believe that for Erdogan to fall would mean the end of Turkey similar to what Hitler spun. Personally I wouldn't be surprised if this has been orchestrated by Erdogan to flush out and remove the last remnants of disloyal officers within the army. After this his mandate will know no bounds through his status as a demi-god.
