Not yet. As I said, it was only a possibility and was not definate. Chances are it will not make it into Pack Two, but more likely into Pack Three.

Yes, I do intend to make the weapons JAM compatible. The PBOs are going to be seperate to make updating individual sections easier. This will also enable me to Binairze the models to not only protect them from 'unauthorised borrowing' but reduce the filesize. Well, I've added a new unit type, but I'm not going to release details of it for a while, just to keep you wondering. I've also updated a lot of the weapons. I'm uploading screenshots as I type this, so expect an update very soon with a link to the new images. EDIT: OK, the images can be found here. They are just of the Desert Recon at the moment, but I plan to take further images later in the week. Post whatever feedback you have, I appreciate it and will take it into consideration.

Yes there will be an ACOG M4. Anyway, to get back onto the subject  , I've uploaded yet another screenshot of the enhanced P99, where I have once again enhanced the green from the previous version. It is now almost identical to the image posted by Andraz (except this version has an LAM mounted on the front rails, and Andraz's image has nothing. The images can be found at http://sjb.ofprc.net/Preview...._v3.jpg. (N.B. If you check out http://sjb.ofprc.net/Preview/Handgun_Project/Images/Prev/ you can see the 3 shots, and see the progress I have made from one to the other.

Yes, there will be an all black P-228.
-
.357 Desert Eagles wont be making an appearance in Pack Two, but may however make it into Pack Three.
-
No pictures of the Colt D.S. yet as I don't have the model made yet. Anyway, thanks to Andraz's picture, I've successfully edited the P99 Military version's textures and have taken this image for you to check out.
-
Well, I do have in the works a new mini-M4 pack to accompany my S.R.T. Units. Check out this screenshot, and this screenshot for two M4 variations in the pack which come close to it. Anyway, thanks Andraz for the image I'll use it as a guide for the colouration of the military version, and keep the green one I have as a fun version.
-
OK, I uploaded the images of the various pistols. They can be seen here. I'm not entirely sure how accurate the Military P99 is in terms of appearance...mainly just a fun colouration I got from experimenting with colour balance in my picture editing application.

Don't worry, I like answering questions as it shows I give a damn about the community's input. I'll hopefully post images of the matte black USP as well as a few other weapons over this coming weekend, and yes, the Infinity variations will be a suprise.
-
The civilian version is black, where as the military version is green (apparently)
-
I am not going to include the default US Flag on the shoulder, like the default BIS units. I was considering a similar system to BAS' where you can edit the patch yourself, I'll look further into it.
-
Its a small incompatibility with the custom animation and the model, nothing major, it looks fine during 'normal' play.
-
Nice work DeadMeat, You'll have to let me review this version too when its released

Well, here is what I have planned for Pack Two of The Handgun Project: NEW HANDGUNS - SVI Infinity (several versions) - Sig Sauer Handguns (P-225, P-226, P-228 and SIG PRO) - Walther P99 (civilian and military versions) - Glock Handguns (17, 18 and 23) NEW VERSISONS OF EXISTING WEAPONS FROM PACK ONE - New Beretta Variations (Chrome, 2-tone versions and Resident Evil Configurations) - New Colt 1911 Handguns (see a previous post for details) - New Desert Eagle variations including a scoped version. - New USP Versions (Matte Black colouring) POSSIBILITIES (i.e. Yet to be confirmed) - IMI Jericho - Colt Detective Special

I'll consider your suggestions Sxep.

The actual Special Reaction Team units (S.R.T.s) are loosely based on real-life SRTs, in terms of their appearnce and weapon load outs. The recon units, pictured earlier, are mostly fictitious but are inspired by various images I have collected, and previous addons I've used.
-
http://sjb.ofprc.net/SRT2/Units/Images/SJB_WoodlandNVG_Units.jpg shows two of the latest additions I've just made (yes, work has continued on the units). Work on the weapons will resume upon completion of the Handgun Project - Pack Two. I'm busy with my own projects at this time philmante, but I'll check out the the forum thread anyway.

Thanks Major Fubar. Moderator now eh? I best be on my best behaviour

Yes it is...well its not on complete hold, but only 1% of my time is spent on it, making small tweaks every now and then.
-
Status: 75% complete (probably less than estimates I've given before, but with postponing the Browning HP, I've had to find subsitutes for it). I've made yet another compilation screenshot, this its of the Sig Sauer Handguns. The new images (as before, with one high quality, and one slightly lower quality) can be found here.
-
Sadly, I've decided to stop work on the Browning HP until Pack Three for reasons I wont go into. However, as a form of compensation I've decided to add a few other handguns instead. Details to come.
-
All I can say is when I feel its ready to be released. I'm not planning on setting a release date as I rarely keep to them when I set them
-
The 'S.T.A.R.S.' weapons (Beretta - Barry Burton and Sam Barker configurations) are based on the weapons from Resident Evil, yes.
-
I just took a compilation screenshot of the Beretta 92F's similar to that of the Colt 1911s I posted earlier...and here it is
-
The Colt 1911 handguns are very close to completion, all that is needed is to refine the firing/reload sounds and find ones that really match the weapon. I have taken a compilation shot of all 10 versions of the Colt 1911s. Check out http://sjb.ofprc.net/Preview....lations for High Quality (top image) and Lower Quality (bottom image) versions. Feedback is welcome. (Before anyone makes a quirky comment about why so many versions, they're just for fun, like the Gold Colt 1911 is just for people wanting to pretend they're in Face/Off etc.) (Now I'm off to watch Scream 3 - )
