Hi there I can't make the following command work using dedicated server: onmapsingleclick "grp move _pos" It works fine when I just preview in the editor... But for some reason nothing happends when I connect to my server. Any known issues with this? Cheers

Hi there I wan't the ping to be shown in the multiplayer server-list... not somekind of ... Well, I don't kno what to call what we have now, but it sure isn't usefull. Please vote if you want the actual ping to be listed (like in OFP) instead of the system we have now.

The PC will be fine, but you need some more memory and a better non-onboard graphic card. What motherboard is this? Does it have PCI express 16x? My advise is.... Build the PC yourself it's not more expensive compared to what gear you get. Do you know anyone that have built their own PC themself? Anyway, get a good graphic card, PCI Express, and a couple 1gb memory sticks instead of those 512mb. Then you are set

That should be possible with some clever scripting. Simply spawn next to you next guy in the command, transfer his equitment to you and use the 'kill' command on him. When squad is all gone, respawn in nearest base.

Hey there I just installed the game in my Windows XP session so I can try it out using both my GPU's (SLI) which doesn't work in Windows Vista. The game now runs fine during singleplayer, and I'm getting alot higher FPS now. There is one huge problem, though. I can't play multiplayer. I can get to the MP lserverlist, but as soon as I doubleclick one of them, the game crashes to desktop, showing me the following error: As you can see in this image: http://www.armedassault.eu/images/1test.jpg it actually contacts the server (it gives me bad version error if the server isn't running my version). UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE::::: I have found a temporary fix! Multiplayer works if I use kegetys launcher! Does anyone know of any external browser for ArmA servers? Also, what parameters does Kegetys use when launching the .exe using his tool? Cheers

Does any1 know if commands like #userlist is actually a server command? I seem to remember than in OFP you could get #userlist even though you were lagging out instantly - so it was actually just a local command.

Hi there I just recieved my czech version of ArmA in the mail, and to my surprise it actually works in Vista . Anyway, the game is great, and I love the graphics, but for some reason the game crashes whenever I use FRAPS. I don't know if it is Vista related, trackir related or anything. I would hate to install winXP just for fraps :/ Is there any alternatives to fraps btw? Something less demanding. I have found that whenever I use fraps (for the few seconds it actually works), my FPS drops to around 15 fps and sometimes 10 fps . My system is: AMD64 3800+ X2 2 gig dual ram 2 * 7600GT SLI (Although SLI is currently not supported in Vista, so only one of these cards is used) The game runs at best at around 60 fps, and at worst around 30 fps WITHOUT fraps. So any1 got an idea? Cheers

I'm not gonna touch this. I'm just a bit sad to see the trend of doing modifications the wrong way continuing in ArmA, that's what made keeping cheaters out of OFP so hard. Well, nevermind. Not my problem anyway. Nice change btw. If someone is too stupid to put it in their own mod folder and wonder why they keep getting kicked, then thats their own fault. Nice mod by the way. Not everyone is old OFP'ers and is pretty new to the game. Sometimes it really helps when thinking before speaking
