One other thing I might add, I remember that previous CAA releases included crashed vehicles from Arma1 (Blackhawk, M113...), now I can't see them in the editor, also the Ka-50 is hidden too.

Hey Quawa! I've just tested your soundmod today, and it's really good, with a little polish it will elevate to the level of Robert Hammer's helisounds, if its not there already...what I like very much is the sound of the Hips, sounds just like the real one (from the outside), and the inner sound makes you feel like you're really sitting in an aluminium box with a propeller on the top. You just got a fan of your work.

Well very sad news about the jets, I think most of you agree me when I say even the mighty PLA is a half-armed giant without air superiority :(. I hope we see some solution someday, and get some air power for the mod. -
I downloaded the latest oac core files, and now Sara and the other Arma 1 worlds don't go CTD. The AI is using the roads as well, and the bridges in Corazol without any slowdown. However it doesn't use some of the bridges, specifically which I discovered: -the small bridge West of Corazol, wich connects the city with the northernmost highway -the bridge just South of Obregan; gave the order for the tank to drive on the road, when I got to the bridge it tried to evade it, however with direction commands I could "convince" my driver to go over it, but it moved very slowly and in a zig-zag pattern. I'll take a look at the other bridges, and if needed I'll report them to dev-heaven

Let me congratulate on your mod, very nice work, thank you for your past and future works! The case with me that I cannot use the PLA handgrenade with any infantry. I tried only ACEX_PLA, so I don't know what's the situation with the standalone. -
I cannot target anything after 1.5, flying in chopper and tab targeting not working.

:j: Just use your brains and search solutions...Let's imagine you're the pilot...you see targets...you press "2" on your keyboard which funnily enough will bring out the "targets" menu...press the number which has an enemy tank written next to it....voilá, you have'em targeted...even works with ACE2 mod... -

It can be done easily in the editor, you only need a trigger activated an write in the init line: WEST setFriend [EAST,1]; EAST setFriend [WEST,1] And you'll have Russians and US Marines arm-in-arm drinking together while watching the go-go girls in Chernogorsk ;):D -

Might I ask if the first ACEX PLA version will be available in 7zip(or rar on anything) as a "milestone release", or only throught Six updater?

Very nice sounds, although I'd join mrcash2009's opinion on the M16's sound, its a bit shrilly for me. Also I'm missing the AK47 sounds from the archive I've downloaded from Armaholic (found no AK47 or AKM pbos...) -

Very nice piece of earth! Somewhat reminds me to Everon, especially the new layout of some places in the recent patch is nicely improved (thinking about the gold mine here). I hope you'll make some likely, but bigger map in the future.:ok: Edit: how came the idea of using historical Hungary's map in one of the pictures?

Check out ACE 2 mod. You can have a lot of accessories like this; protective googles, tactical googles, balaclava, gas mask... -
This reminds me to one question I wanted to ask: on wich side will your Chinese units be? OPFOR or maybe independent? Because I assume some mission makers after Dragon Rising (or more probably the book Bear and the Dragon) will want to make Chinese vs Russian scenarios too. Anyway your addons look top quality, it's good you'll involve them with ACE.

What would be also very useful to make grenadiers not using their underbarrell GL's when they're in dense forests. I remember how awful was a mission when my AI squadmates fired M203s continously into the coronets of trees above my head...

Thinking here about the mixed clothes they wear or the look of the Red Harvest campaign characters? Because if it's about the unshaved faces, you can set faces in the mission editor. As for their clothes, they seem pretty rag-taggged with their mixed clothes (except for Assault FR classes, in-game vanilla reminding me more like they are SEALs) based on pics I saw about Force Recon guys, but maybe they would (or would have been) dressed up like this for a mission that might take several days behind enemy lines, consequently not taking the grooming standard too seriously.
