  1. Sounds good, would love to see that scheme on the Typhoon too. Dont know much about retexture on addons, but if you can talk to Rock about giving the scheme on the Typhoon that would be very nice as well as seeing it on the Harrier.
  2. On the Harrier could we see the nice greay and green camo? Really looks nice.     @SpetS15 ACE mite have it but WarFX does not:hm: It would be an nice option to have in "WarFX:Blastcore". Yet im sure people will notice the Cartridges too, gives more battle atmosphere to ArmA 2/OA as in this mod does:smileee:

    Really nice work on the units. With the NVG is there an animation for the units to fold them down and up? Liking the NVG ontop of the helmets, hope to see them have the option to fold up and down.

    Shell casings sound top notch, be really nice to see this in the update. Had shell casings in OFP also, its been an good feature on up.

    First scene with the Bradly sounded very nice, the second scene with the Bradly sounded different. Are they two different one's? Also the Humve sounds are nice too. Keep that goods going.

    Im good with J.S.R.S. sound Mod:biggrin_o: But that is the good thing about J.S.R.S. mod too, that you can use it with other sound mods, i get what your saying on that part. But as for the TOW missles it's more of an splash then anything, the video that LordJarhead put up on the Bradley sounds nice. TOW's/Javelin are an system of the Dragon M47s making too. Dont know what happen to the Dragon launchers but they sound very much the same. Look up Dragon launcher and you will hear the splash too. LordJarhead vid sounded very nice. But like you said TOW mounted missles on Hummvees sound different then what it would on an Bradley as there tube system is much different, but not much as an big bang on both parts. That one that Tonci87 put up with the Hummvee TOW sounded really nice for the hummvees.

    If that's what LordJarhead is going for, i dont know if he is making more then one sound for the TOW or not. But the ones that are up sound really audio out, like in an TV show or what not. That vid that LordJarhead put up with the Bradley sounds really nice.

    TOW missles sound more like an splash then what they do in most of the vid's that are post up. All them video's with them TOW missles being launched sound like an AT-4 rocket, more of an big boom when firing. Mite be the test cam thats doing that, or just the audio person for that show:icon_lol: That fly by sound vidoe for the TOW is just silly:crazy:

    @Inkompetent I see what your saying about Hexagon mod, and the CBA helping for the compatibility. Just seeing if there are other ways to make it more friendly as i said that FFAA mod team also does not use CBA, but the mod works just fine with Blastcore 1.1. Though FFAA team mite not of touch the extended eventhandlers like Hexagon mod has, not sure on that part, so there mite be more compatibility that Opticalsnare can do. Im sure if there is more way's, Opticalsnare will find them out:scratchchin: @Sickboy Newer CBA i get some issue's with in ArmA 2/OA and i still get the same issue with no smoke from main gun's and no muzzle flash. Ill talk about that in the CBA thread though.

    Yha that's why i asked, cause most addons can be compatible with what you are saying and this Blastcore 1.1. Dont think HEXAgon Mod is using CBA though, Nor does FFAA mod but FFAA mod works just fine with Blastcore 1.1, as Blastcore is using CBA. On the front page it say's "Warning: This modification may not be entirely compatible with other modifications". So just seeing if Opticalsnare could make it more friendly to some addons:bigsmile:

    There are ways on how about making an addon compatible, for most addons. For your say in the "first priority to deliever" he has done that already, as it's an top notch addon:biggrin_o: But yes, when it comes down to mod's... it's much harder to make compatible with them, but i was just asking, as some addons dont show smoke or muzzle flash with Blastcore 1.1. Nice to see the tracers getting some good's, keeps the good's going.

    Nice news Opticalsnare. In this next update its going to be more addon/mod frindly? Iv seen in some mod's/addons that when using your mod that there main guns dont show smoke or the muzzleflashes. Hexogon French mod is an good example to start out with. Most of there aircraft and main tanks dont show muzzleflashes or smoke. Keeps the goods going.
  19. All in all BI should pull the plug on steam. Nothing but problems come from it, some game's you most have steam to play as that's an big problem too, but ArmA/OA you dont have to have steam to run the game. That's good option to have dont you think:icon_lol: If you dont get what Zipper5 is saying by now i dont think your seeing his point as your steam ego is getting in the way:sly:
  20. @Dysentery What is your FPS when you Benchmark in OA? So we can see what kind of FPS we are talking about here. That 60 FPS that your talking about is not an stay at number, it jump's around as you play the game. Do an Benchmark in OA and tell us what you got, then we can take it from there. Iv gots an GTX 570 and an E8400 OC at 3.8Ghz and im getting nice FPS, when Benching in OA it's about in the 40s.
  21. Have not like steam since it came to, it's got nothing but problems for number of things. ArmA 2/OA came out on disk too, why not just get the game on disk? Just cause there are issue with steam does not mean it's BI fault. If anything you steam people should know this! It came out on disk and should be patched in the way that it has been for years as it worked just fine for BI and it's community. If you got it on steam that's your choice in that matter, if anything goes sour on steam that's on steam's part. I could see this as an issue if BI was only an steam release, but it's "NOT"! Just cause its an issue on steam does not mean its got to effect the people who bought the DVD disk! In all ways BI should take it off steam, as an poll befor had already gave favor for people that would buy it on DVD disk then on steam.

    Yep, this has been an issue since 1.56! It is an really annoying bug at that, but PvPscene has gave an link to where you can vote to get it on the "to fix list".
  24. Thanks for the info guy's. I dont see what event handler inits overwrites what, cause when using the machine gun up top in the commander hatch i get the Blastcore effects:rock: Just an issue with the main gun not showing smoke. Think in the next update we could we see this pack work with Blastcore 1.1? All other RHS Armor packs work very well with Blastcore, it's just the RHS tanks main gun's that dont, as there is no smoke when shooting. Hope to see this as there both top notch addon's. Keeps the good work up.
  25. With my issue on the no smoke showing when shooting the main gun, is there anybody with this same issue and that are using Blastcore 1.1? Trying to find out why the RHS tanks are not showing any smoke from the main gun. Crazy thing is when i put the RHS tanks by them self on an map they work just fine with the gun smoke, but as soon as i put any other type of unit or vehicle onto the map the main gun does not show smoke:eh:
