    wow best su27 ive seen so far even the colors are exact hope they make some variants out of it *HINT* SU-34 AND SU-35*HINT* :P if u need blue prints of both i got huge high res bluprints of both and soem detialed pics of hte su34 as i was lucky to see it on an airshow in poland

    lol i know :P women and technique anyway btw i though of an diffrent solution when u place the svetlo object (light face) only in the drivers view and define the svetlo and konec svetlo points to face in opposite direction of the vehicle in memory lod (means the cone shines on the player) would the lightcone be visible in 3rd person? i could leave away the interioir light in the 3rd perosn and just dye the glass to get the effect hope u understood the shit i wrote:P

    hmm yes i thought of the textures aswell but another thing well its a chopper u know so so would ohniste work? and what if id just leave the konec svetla? would the ambinec lite still be there?

    awe im not getting that bas stuff maybe its just too easy :P anyway im gonna add the svetlo in the momroy points but i got another question now can i somehow remove the light cone? like not definig the direction "konec svetla"? so that theres just the ambience light? otherwise therell be a red light cone sticking out of teh aurora.....

    hmm well but how the cfg for the light supposed to look like? btw i want the lght be activated with a script no twith L key... so it cant be swithced off by ai @crowley yep i dont think learning is stealing btw an if i take a memory point liek on of the lightposts would this work too? and how the cfg supposed to look like on that? teh memory point for this is called "light".... well... hehe thx anyway

    id ont want a blinking ligth inside the cockpit more an ambience light that illumiants the cockpit red like used in jet planes for night flights

    good to see u start modeling k the blue cross represents as far as i know the center of mass which mean u can balance the object
  14. this "bug" is normal i guess for the intro u need a mission with a with some cameras in tehn u save it and rename teh mission folder into sth i forgot..... (look for the mods lile fdf or bas there are folders liek introanim or so which need to be placed into teh addosn folder) the u need a map in the cfg u need to define the intros here again take a look at teh custom ones as for upgrading addons just dont change the pbi names or classes.... just redo teh pbo that way u can use addons without changng the missions to get teh missions straight opne the needed mission.sqm and u se a bunch of addons used replace these old one with the new ones step by step fuzzy but it works

"grenade" = Camcreate "Grenade" [x,y,z] while x yz can be rpalced with (getpos logicA 0),(getpos logicA 1),(getpos logicA 2) 2 yes but its hard to get them to land on a beach 3. use this command to get the chopper to the palyers pos chopper domove getpos player aroudn the palyer u shoudl camcreate an invisible h via an script now let the chopper get the pos of the h liekit did with thw player use chopper land "GET IN" to mak ethe chopper land ant wait il someones in let a script check if the player is inside the chopper with this command ?(player in chopper): chopper domove getpos target i didnt took a look at the reference so some things migth not be 100% accurate but that basically it

    i can remember a scrip that used to spawn a training object (the little wooden bridge i think) under a side of a vehicle using either setvelocity or getpos te brigde pops up from groun for a second making the truck fall over and the bridge disappears again if u try aroudn with that a bit u find it out i only whised u already coud start with an aside fallen vehicle

    not great oney yet im currently redoing the pulse rifle and the flamer some facts -complete new m41a mesh (only bout twice as much faces as old m41a) -effetc (working lcd display, well im thinking bout htis) -dropable ammo mags -new textures -pump anim for grenadelauncher -sling (yes a sling and it will work with a soldier as it should) m240 incenerator -new mesh -good effects (better tehn teh mvd ones ) -user friendly (no scripts to use inside mission edtior) -comined m41+m240 (as ripley uses this in ALIENS) pics comigm later on (if placebo doesnt kill me :P)

    ye ithough so too but the prob is the racekT.p3d and racek..p3d have only 3 diff resolution lods... no more and the cfg doesnt help much either
  22. well ive been doing a lan yesterday as we played i got killed (lol) anyway well i´ve been spawend back t game as a seagull tehn igot hte idea, to copy the flight characteristics of teh seagull and put it onto soldiers limiting their "flying heightr" with a script i know its sound sweird at first but think a second with the seagull u can fly up front back etc so if it would be possible to copy those flying charactreristics to a soldiers we coudl actually have a functinoal diver/swimmer btw i looked in the ofp cfgs and looked at the seagull model besides some reso lods this model doesnt have any other lods jsut a guess

    hmm dont give up a textures i give u some help here 1st extract dozer an do2 into ONE folder 2nd run oxy and pop up windows path to the oxygen its lef should look sth liek htis ( mine is : C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Oxygen the one for dozer is C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Oxygen\ buldozer.exe -dx -noland -window) u dont need to run a second bat file or so liek explained on brssebs tuts meeses things up if texturing check if texture has sizes of 2 (4x4 512x256 etc) is it paa pac tga gif? thats basically it
