i like to think cooperation in a war game between two groups of different nationalities is a good thing. but also for detail etc. the ofp falklands mod had lots of details and craftsmanship while sadly the OFP malvinas mod made by an Argentinian (well Spanish speaking team) was really a collection of objects but with not as much accuracy, however the ARMA1 Malvinas mod looked like it had some quite nice models of argentinia troops, . if they two teams had worked together Im sure the end result would of been pleasing. of course that depends on peoples personal opinions. the ofp falklands mod had a nice bit of voice acting too, if they collaborated they really could of worked together to create more atmosphere... ---------- Post added at 10:17 ---------- Previous post was at 10:14 ---------- please use this audio for a cutscene at the start... -

Has anyone got suggestion for a model which is like a British army 'sangar'? For a checkpoint etc... -

sadly, arma2 dont support left hand drive roads, its hardcoded into it. btw whats the difference between the CWR2 and P85 British troops? im making a little bandit country themed mission right now... -

Today in real life whilst I was wandering around a derelict factory, I was suddenly surprised by a pair of pigeons, the sudden shock really scared me. it would be an ideal addition for a new Arma mod etc.. I would be a simple trigger script which I'm sure would scare many jumpy players...

Hi, I haven't scripted for a few years, I would like to describe the scenario first, Static gun. Gun1 Gunner. Gunner a AnOther soldier. Gunner b, I used a script in OFP years ago which activated a trigger if gunner a died, then gunner b would take over, Check if gunner A alive, false, gunner b getingunner gun1, if someone could help me word that for arma2 I would be grateful. Machine gun assistants questions!

I have noticed some mods have soldiers who are machine gun assistants, do they carry more ammo or they have a special animated role? Does the machine gunner and assistant need to be scripted or in synch to work together? Thank you -

well she was a n auxilary in the luftwaffe, she had already been engaged twice and both times the fiance never returned, both were pilots, anyway by the end of the war, she her unit was ordered to retreat, and she found her found having to load a machine gun, when surrounded by americans, she has lots of other amzing stories, but sadly i feel you have step back and wonder how much of it is true... ive seen the ace animation, its cool, but i thought it was a cut scene. -

ok, i would like to release a mission at some point on this mod, and i dont want to move things around too much its problem for other players. but i will stick to the standard weapons for now thanks... but im using Play withSix so i assumed that it should of allowed me to combine pbos from different mods as theyre in the same Six folder but i was wrong, anyway, i will keep you up to date with my mission plan... but with the above advice i will go and get the east/west packs... also are these soldiers available in the mod? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/709/mplaa2.jpg/
