I think light flak vests isn't that big problem, u could put them on everyone(not sure though), CT units would have already bulletproof vests, like 3rd class protection ones.

Are u fucking still kiding? Do u think that this thing goes like in game or something? Like u just say that we now have this new stuff in service and everything is now upgraded. Most of the stuff in russian army is old and eaven outdated, they produce like 50 T-90's per year, now think how much they would need to produce this to get all tanks replaced in a year. Russia has tried many times to reform its army, it keeps allways failing I must say.
