how do i get the Ai East AT units to start the mission with the AT weapons drawn and ready to fire?

i can do that way but i want it to be the opening to a mission cos its like a car bomb attack. tried a mine but its not sensitive enough anyway of reducing its sensitivity?

is it possible to have a satchel charge placed at the begining of a mission and have it blow afer a sertain number of seconds? if so how?

thanks alot guys ill try these out. the missions are gonna have alot of cutscenes as 24 the program has aloot of them initself but i think that a campain may be very possible just need a good plot(whic i have got and it ties into the series) i have made some very good missions for the SG mod but still dont no how to do cutscenes whic they need. ill check out ofpec when the get upanrnning again. if all goes to plan ill post the mission sumwhere to see wht people think.

hi guys am making a 24 tester mission to show people how the flashpoint game engine could be used to make a 24 campain the only problem is i would like to know how to make inmission cutscenes with people talking. kidof like the beginning of the first resistance mission where your on the bus and the camera moves as the action is happening allover the island. i was wondering if there was any tutorials on how to create this anywhere online?

they sound relli cool. i used some starship troopers bugs in a mission where they were attacking the mining world on your map. also used the jurrassic pack mod dinosaurs on the jungle type island. they were fun. death glider base sounds fun though, when will the map be released?

will a small beta site be added with a small runway and a larger alpha site?

couldnt a ptyamid be added after the map has been released? there is a aztec one on the editors extra on ofp.info

a desert one, and one like chulak, and one with some with larger cities might be good too. but i was also thinking about a large island that you can use for differnt purposes like a uninhabited world covered by a tempearte forest but with different sizes in clearings in the forest so you can put gates in the different clearings and make it look like a different world. then a mission maker like myself coudl add a few mapfact objects to make it look like http://www.gateworld.net/omniped....p.shtml that planet could be changed and a few buildings added to make it look like edora http://www.gateworld.net/omnipedia/planets/links/edora.shtml it would just be a multi purpose world and would be verys usefull also can i equest a larger alpha site and a seperate smaller beta site please as i use that alot in my campain. aslo a empty island would be good too so that we could add things like colonel wells SGC to one.

colonel well could u not use the orbital gate in your gate room? in the series i think i have seen a alpha site gate without the ramps?

yeah theres only the mission file in there so there are no SQS files or sounds i think he may have left them out by accident

boodro your mission doesnt work and i extracted it to see what is wrong and it apperas that there is just a mission SQM file there. when you start the mission it say "missing hammond.sqs" this would be beacue the speach script that was supposed to be in the mission is not there. also there is no description.exe file so the gates will not work.

Unless it's a spoiler from season 9, how is a cloaking thing related to the stargate mod? I mean, in what way is it used for the Stargate mod or is it not related to it and I'm just seeing things?there are Cloaks in stargate in series 3 aphopis motherships have cloaking devices installed and i think i have seen cargo ships with them to. and the cloak is being made of walmis puddle jumpers from Stargate Atlantis which also have Cloaking devices. they are also in series 9 but wont spoil that for you.

tried shoing them a tank lol but its passed by the time the draw their weapons and fire gone of a standard ambush instead lol. thanks dude
