It's a bug with the current version of RHS, has been previously mentioned and reported to the feedback tracker already. I think one of the Devs mentioned a few pages back that it's fixed in the next patch. I believe one of the Devs for the mod mentioned some pages back now that the next update would be after the New Year sometime.

Awesome news, your work is much appreciated sudden. I'm looking forward to using this great mod with ALive, now that there are some transport heli's in mix :) Whats next on the agenda? Gunship/Attack Helicopters i assume :p

Same here mouse has no lag delay in forests, large firefights, scoped into scrubs etc. very pleased with the mouse smoothing change.
