As I understand it, the developer doesn’t give a fuck about my problems with the game

Hello, I played on the official Arma Reforger servers. And then I get kicked out of the game “the blocked player cannot participate in the session.” I thought this was temporary, but two weeks have already passed and I paid so much money for the game that I can’t play on the official servers?
