Maybe if we refuse to purchase any more products / recommend that others don't until they AT LEAST REPLY to this long thread of repeating the same issue..
Come on guys, you know we're fans, and we put up with a lot of crap, but this is a TERRIBLE way to treat the people that continue to support your old platform while you build a new one. I'll help you solve your infrastructure problems _for free_. I've been doing it for over 20 years.
What onus do we have to buy this new one when you won't support the "features" of the old one?
