I used to be able to play on my pc with a big screen on an emulator, now i have to use a tiny mobile device, so i quit !

How should i contact support if i can't enter the game anymore ?? launch the game and somehow it reset itself, and ask me again to enter the language, after pressing yes to restart the game in order for the language to update, nothing happens ! ?
