Yeah I got a reply from Bohemia. They told me that they’re having technical difficulties an they’ll fix it fast as they can but it’s been a week now still haven’t fixed it

Same here I’ve also contacted Microsoft support they told me to remove my account from Xbox an download it back. That didn’t work so they refreshed my account an told me to wait a day for my perks to apply. I put in a ticket to Bohemia an been waiting 2 days for them to reply back but still nothing. I even messaged one of the devs an I’m still waiting for that reply.
