Kvatcharoonie

When I try to put my emblem on it uploads the file correctly then shows a red bar at the side of the screen with only half of the message "We have encountered an error. If the probl..." showing. Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried on chrome, edge and mobile and they all do the same thing even with different emblems.
