    Same here, was able to finish the campaign this time but didn't get the achievement. I think we need to revert and play through both campaigns again to get it. This is the only Tac-Ops achievement that I didn't get.

    I can't even finish previous objective, game just crashes soon after

    Was just playing through and alt-tabbed to see if someone else is having trouble with this mission. I'm getting some error and it crashes to desktop. I checked steam cache and arma re-downloaded 177MB of something, gonna try to replay it once again. Fingers crossed.. Nope, no luck, still getting 0xC0000005 STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION shortly after

    Maybe it's a bug, like I mentioned earlier, played two times from start to finish making all "good" decisions but using mine dispenser and didn't get the achievement. Reverted to The Major and killed everyone with firearms - achievement popped up.

    You don't have to die, just be ready to kill everyone on sight because that's what they'll do since you're now a combatant.

    I played through the campaign 2 times today, got every single DLC achievement except for Humanitarian. Maybe there are some other conditions for unlocking it?

    Rangefinder and laser designator doesn't measure distance anymore on 1.70 RC. Elevation and other sensors are not affected. No mods installed, all available DLC installed and 2nd DLC pack pre-ordered. Same results in-game, editor or virtual arsenal.
