    End Game MP Mode - Feedback

    Has anyone else used the revive system with CfgRespawnInventory? I have a small TVT map with the revive system and when you use CfgRespawnInventory and MenuInventory you are revived with the vanilla class for your man, not the selected class from the MenuInventory.     Thanks very much Chortles! Exactly what I was looking for. It looks from what I've seen like its coming along nicely and BI are slowly making revive work in more scenarios and making it more robust. Thanks all!

And thanks again, its a great script - and I understand i'm trying to do things with it it wasn't designed for! :rolleyes: Sorry for another question/suggestion but I was wondering if there was a good way to enter/exit from the script while scriptLife=0. I was going to use it in a trigger so when your in a trigger it works and when you leave it stops. Maybe create a variable or change one in the script. So for example: On act: nul = execVM "MoerderhoschisGreatScript.sqf"; scriptContinueVariable = true; On deact: scriptContinueVariable = false; (The idea came from messing with your _exitScript variable and making it global with no success. My very limited knowledge probably didn't help!) Thanks!
  5. Hey, very nice script! Great work! I am trying to put it into a TDM match in an enclosed space. Is there a way to display different markers to East and West and is there a way to reduce the size of the boxes that enemies are displayed in? Thanks! I know its not quite what is was designed for but thought I'd ask :D

    The end game revive system is still scheduled for a fix according to my ticket. I don't meant to bug the devs :rolleyes:..but have there been any developments in 1.44 I haven't seen?

    Thanks again Robalo!! Going to get this in my missions now! I don'd mind how the ForceRespawnDelay works but I see your point. I'm going to set it to a high number and people can only respawn if they REALLY REALLY want to lol.

    Good work Robalo! I was able to change my bleed out time using your code in the init. I cant get reviveForceRespawnDelay to work though. It appears none of the description.ext parameters work atm. Hopefully the devs will fix this soon. :D Have you made a ticket? I would but you almost certainly know more about the problem and the fix than me! ---------- Post added at 21:43 ---------- Previous post was at 21:19 ---------- Yep - I've done more testing tonight and I cant get reviveForceRespawnDelay to change. I can get bleed out value to change with Robalo's workaround. I've held back on creating a ticket as I know its not officially supported yet but it'd be nice to get an update sometime from Zipper5 on how your getting on! Otherwise than that this is a GREAT step forward! The new groups system is working for me and is another great addition and is getting implemented in my missions soon!

    Yes! Exactly like that! I think animation of a pop out foregrip is a bit ambitious to hope for but some bipod support would be great in the future for these rifles. (It does already work pretty well but with clipping ect) It would be great to see it updated sometime as its such a high quality model already. I've seen pics of his next project (a new drone!) and it looks phenomenal but adding bipods to the l85 would be nice sometime :-D

    Good tidings to you and your cat. Thanks for the mod, it is stupendous. I'd would love to see #bipods implemented with it at some point if it was possible :D What are your thoughts on the SA80 bipod which pops out of the foregrip? Is it possible to achieve in Arma? I was a little disappointed that it wasn't released in vanilla Arma since the Mk200 already had it on the model before bipods. Anyway thanks!

    [End game] is the new revive function portable?

    Good work BI developing this in house revive system. Im looking forward to official release and documentation. For now though is there a way to limit player lives and change bleed out time? Thanks!
  14. Hey, I don't know what the situation is with Alive devs but do you plan to get this into the Alive 'Supported Factions' any time soon. It seems pretty complete and would be a great add-on! Thanks
