when I tried to start arma 3 I get error "Arma 3 Units data acquisition failed, information about your unit(s) will not be available. Steam offline". I get this error all the time and have to restart steam for arma 3 to work, how to fix?

I get only around 20 fps on ultra and it fluctuate to around 10 fps and under while playing. on standard settings its the same fps while playing no difference. why is this? I cant join breaking point server. its a deathmatch server and more then about 10 of them. every time I try to join while it loads, I get booted back to lobby no error message. my ping for the servers are under 100 most of them. and no im not banned at least I think. I just bought this game last week. how to fix?

i just found this out incase no one knew. while on foot press c key (combat pace toggle), you can shoot while your moving! locks crosshairs. you no longer have to stop to fire your weapon. make sure your not on sprint. its under configure>controls>keyboard>infantry movement>combat pace toggle, look for c key. hope you all enjoy. posted to help all the arma players. now you can play like other third/first person games!
