su27 0 Posted April 24, 2002 MaxSizeNonguaranteed =<limit>; Maximum size of non-guaranteed packet in bytes (without headers). Non-guaranteed messages are used for repetitive updates like soldier or vehicle position. Increasing this value may improve bandwidth requirement, but it may increase lag. I don't understand it If I raise this value I will need more bandwidth and will have greater lags? su27
su27 0 Posted April 25, 2002 It's stupid question or nobody knows the answer? su27
ALDEGA 0 Posted April 25, 2002 It means that if you have sufficient bandwidth, it could decrease lag. But if you do NOT have sufficient bandwidth, it will increase lag.
