New to hostage scripting

reube I'm not doing this for anyone's personal pleasure but the people's because I want to make missiions and impress people but first, I dont know where to look. Secondly, it's just a small script/code like dofollow or something. Third, I am not being lazy because If i was being lazy, I wouldn't make the missions in the first place; and finally, if you dont set your goals too high your not going to get anywhere and this is just a simple hostage scripting thing and I'm not exactly starting out, I have been making missions for arma 2 over a year now so I guess I should rephrase noob to sophomore maybe.
