Brooklyn718 10 Posted July 16, 2010 Yeah, but isn't it kinda lame that only one gun has Maglites? The M4 model has them but you cant use it. Maglites should really be a part of the game. Night missions are fun with just a Maglite, and that should really be an option for mission makers. Bis, please add Maglites to the game, or just make them work for the M4's since the already have the graphic on it. Is it possible to have an option to Add maglites out of the ammo boxes? There are at least three or four weapons in OA that have flashlights (Glock, an M4, and several SCAR varients), and it's impossible for the ArmA 2 weapons to be updated without distributing ArmA 2 content along with OA (which would be bad for BIS if they wanted to keep ArmA 2 content exclusive to those who own ArmA 2). Just saying it would be nice to have the Maglite on some of the 203's and other guns as well, or have the option to add, or take it off. galzohar 31 Posted July 16, 2010 Oh well, users have already made better weapons anyway, so hopefully those would update their stuff. It's really sad that I bought an expansion that doesn't really expand my game but rather completely replaces it with (a lot less) new things. Sure I can place USMC/Russian units and vehicles but they don't really work up to OA standards which makes it pointless. I guess since BIS doesn't seem to be bothered much with it, the best we can do is wait for addon makers to do their job for them like they always do.
