Board an heli in high command?

How do you make a squad board an helicopter in high command? anyone know?

Make a waypoint for the group and then while it's still active change type to "GET IN." It also helps if you have control over the helicopter group to give that group a "LOAD" type waypoint (might want to play with the timeout settings on the second one).

I guess you are commanding both Groups, it doesn´t then work for me either...
