NevilleBartos 10 Posted July 2, 2010 has anyone had any luck contacting anyone from sprocket? i dont know if its because of the time difference but i emailed them last night regarding my installation CRC issues with no response, and the MSN/skype support has been offline for nearly 24 hours. Placebo 29 Posted July 2, 2010 Sprocket support is usually very prompt, Jan who handles it mostly was offline yesterday but I'll try to chase him up today, obviously I understand your frustrations but a thread about Sprocket's support isn't really the purpose of Troubleshooting so please continue in your existing thread in here, although I hope and pray we can get you playing some OA today after we went to so much trouble getting it downloaded in the first place! :) ---------- Post added at 10:07 ---------- Previous post was at 09:58 ---------- (I've now spammed my colleagues on Skype and have them looking into the issue).
