It would probably help if you try playing some SP to see if it crashes under that. How many times has it CTD' whilst you were playing MP? How long had you been playing for? Did anything specific happen when you crashed such as a loud explosion or such?

Playing SP is OK no crash. This happen twice in the same server with 20+ ppl, there was no explosion, I was in the base Domination2 mod. First think I noticed before it crash was FPS drop, the game suddenly runs very heavy, I usually play with 30-40 fps, fps drop was around 10 acording to Fraps (I wasnt recording)

But, later I could play without problems

Im not sure, but because I have Steam version, when some contact join Steam or start a game, a windows popup from Steam appears and I notice an FPS drop for a few seconds and the red light of the Hard Disk working hard and then it crash. Is there a way to play without steam?
