Laqueesha 474 Posted June 23, 2010 Civilians will only randomly appear in towns if an "Ambient Civilians" module is placed within the confines of the mission file. Also, use descriptive questions and statements in your topic title next time; vague and/or ambiguous ones will get you kicked in a heartbeat. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
