How do you as a tank commander get the gunner to load different ammo(HEAT to sabot)

Ctrl F would only change HEAT or sabot(as commander)

But you can't change from sabot to HEAT or from HEAT to sabot. It's only MG or one of those.

If I recall correctly, you can have them do that with the usual buttons for bringing up the menu (Eject, Engine Off, etc), it should say "Reload [ammo type]".

Press the ai gunners Fx key. Press menu 6, then usually 0 for next page and there should be a action to change to HE, SABOT etc. Its placement on the list is random, but its almost always on the next page. If you are the gunner just press the reload key.
