We will hold until Placebo will try to find a few addonmakers (who are inactive since 2008)to my credits list. If he can't contact with them mod will be releasee. If they don't give their permission - no release. If they did permission - WWIIMP will be release.etc etc etc. How long it'll be - I don't know. Sorry I was thinking that is someone is innactive during long period of time e.g Trenchfeet, and he don't respond for contact You can use his work with proper credits... I see that no.
