Need help with key

Hello,

I had to reinstall my system today (lukly everything is baked up except for the games) and wanted to install ArmA 1 and ArmA 2 again.

Unfortunately I am not able to find my manual no more, so I pictured

the DVD's and sent an e-mail to Morphicon, because I've read that

I should do that since I've bought my version from that publisher.

They refered to the 0900/1466582 hotline number which I called immediately and they told me, that they were not there for that matter.

What can I do?

i suggest you search your room a bit more for that manual.

anyone can find arma cover/dvd picures on the net. so i dont think its a valid "sales slip, receipt"

The publisher is there for that matter so u need to tell them that (well not exclusively there for that matter) but as you purchased the product from them they should be responsible for customer support.

do you have no kind of e-receipt for the games or some online banking records. If necessary to have proof of purchase you could also try taking pics of the dvd next to some valid form of ID...again though this isnt proof you bought the games....but it might help. (obiously don;t post that up in here though).
