THEAnimalMother 0 Posted March 29, 2010 (edited) hi everyone last night i installed Arma 2 straight from Sprocket, brand new... played around in singelplayer a while and wow did the game improve! but back to topic my problem is that i can not play a mulitplayer match i can connect to the server Waiting for host, receiving mission files and then he loads and a brief message appears "waiting for host" zack back to the multiplayer server list! never had this problem any ideas? i opend port 2302-2305 and so on but still no result °Update: So after re installing Arma 2 and installing ACE still no luck joining a online game. any further addons needed? Yoma 0 Posted April 1, 2010 Each server can pretty much have their own addonset. Try to get in touch with server admins for the correct addons. For Kelly's Heroes for example you can just download my tool, add the server from default server tab, download the addons and go :-) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
THEAnimalMother 0 Posted April 1, 2010 (edited) thx for your reply i am using the ACE updater and i have tried to match the addons i have with the server but still no results i think it must be something with the connection cause it happens right at the moment you would her some sounds, video..etc im nearing the end of my pc knowlege and really love this Game so in time im gonna go ok solved the problem! some how a friend of mine was able to untangle the knot and voila! it works again and im back on my drug again! happy easter egg hunting Edited April 1, 2010 by THEAnimalMother Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
