BIS ACM & factions

i know we can setup the factions in the ACM (ambient combat manager) but i was wondering if other factions could be spawned like the 70's african troops ?

I want to know this as well.

also if its possible to manipulate groups, so for example just have one M1A1 spawn and not 4 etc. Theres no info on this in the ACM thread or wiki
