galzohar 31 Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) This is based on my original rescue mission which we played a lot on Zeus gaming nights. In this mission a chopper went down in a back yard in Chernogorsk with enemies closing in on the downed team. Your team must get in there with GMVs, rescue them, destroy the helicopter to prevent enemy getting their hands on valuable intelligence and get them out of there. At least one of the downed team members needs to reach the extraction zone alive for the mission to complete. New features: - Using ACE weapons and the new GMVs replacing the humvees for more firepower and fun. - Enemy forces adjusted accordingly. - Using UPSMON script. - Enemies at the stronghold are now better at taking building positions. - Added roadblocks and random clutter to slow the GMVs down (but not block their way altogether) so that drivers can't just speed through the city too fast. galzohar 31 Posted March 14, 2011 Since I liked this mission, I updated it to 1.04. Note that it hasn't been played for a while, but should be good. Also, since it's an old mission, it doesn't scale, so you will need to not have a lot less than 25 players to get this done, and don't disable the AI since you'll probably need them if you have less than 25.
