How to "stack" hint messages?

How do i show a hint message without replacing/removing a already showed message?

There's no way other than converting the separate hints to strings and showing them in one single formatted hint. Make a string "" when you don't need to show it.

I'm just pretty sure i've seen it, a hint message being shown under a already shown message. Then when the first message goes away the new message moves up.
