Is there a way to move stationary machine guns?

When I'm doing armory quick missions, some weapons are of course on a tripod. Often it's placed in a totally indefensible location for a "defend missinon". Is there a way to drag this stuff around?

If not, is there a mod that will allow this?

In the vanilla game, the static machine guns are not moveable in the sense that it can be moved to a different location.

The SLX mod and ACE mods allow for them to be moved.

They can be moved in user made missions using scripts, just not in BIS provided missions.
